Although the Pegasus employee persistently advised the firm's hotels, they are supposedly much better, but the truth is also more expensive. Who praised the company itself, who scolded, there weren’t many options, so they relied on their conscientiousness. They met perfectly, seated, taken, they reminded everyone 10 times, they told those who did not know. At the hotel, representatives of the company were always in the "access zone", polite and courteous. Many who were there for the first time noted that this is important, because they feel support from them. Many talk about rudeness at the reception or staff in general. In this hotel, we did not encounter this, although many Turks simply include things like "we don't understand" and just smile sweetly. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, blooming and pleasing to the eye. . Beautiful mountains and palm trees! ) Regarding the pools: the big minus is that the pool for small children was constantly under a huge canopy and already in the shady side, because of that the water did not warm up there at all, none of the kids swam in it, although many, including ours, dragged their parents there, because there was a slide for the little ones. Attempts to talk about this with the staff came down to the fact that, according to the instructions, there should be this canopy to protect children from the sun and that's it, but the fact that not a single child was there apparently suited everyone. In terms of food, the choice is good, you won’t stay hungry with any food preferences, the husband was upset not by such an abundance of meat as he likes. For parents who are on a diet for their children, the choice is not so rich. The beach is clean, sandy and pebbly, very close, which was important for us personally with the children. Specifically, a great hotel for a family vacation, I didn’t want to leave, and there are all sorts of minuses always and everywhere, it’s another matter how emotionally to react to them or NOT to react! )))
