rested at the hotel from 30.07 to 10.08 the trip was not planned in advance, so we chose based on what you could choose, taking into account your preferences and price. the main criterion was the presence of a large and green territory, the area of ​ ​ Kemer, a wide beach line and, of course, they paid attention to the reviews of vacationers. that's why we chose this hotel.
I must say right away that in Turkey there were only 4 times before and all the time in Dolphin Botanik (Alanya), therefore, they were compared only with this hotel.

I’ll say right away that if anyone is lucky enough to use the services of this tour operator, then you need to be prepared for the fact that you can be forgotten or lost... it all started with the fact that upon arrival

we ran near the airport with my husband and a 4-year-old child and frantically searched for our bus, but it turned out that the bus that was supposed to pick us up had already left... without us, just the guide instead of us took other tourists to a completely different hotel, well, probably read she was not very good at it . . it's good that the next bus of the same operator did not have time to leave and they picked us up and safely delivered to the hotel.
the hotel is unpretentious without unnecessary luxury and pretentiousness, immediately made a positive impression at the reception. it was unusual that they don’t cling to bracelets, why I don’t know, they probably save on this... we arrived at about 11.00, settled us right away, and with the help of 20 c. u. got a good room (we asked for a quiet room, because the child sleeps during the day) on the 4th floor 4206. the room upon arrival was clean, large and spacious, just after renovation. the room had a large double bed and a folding bed (as we were later told that everywhere where 2 + 1 there is no standard bed, but only a folding bed. ). the room was cleaned badly, all the cleaning consisted in sweeping the garbage in the middle of the room, changing the towels and picking up the dollar, and then only after you asked to personally clean the room, maybe. for some reason they did not notice the sign on the door with a request to clean the room. dust in the room for 12 days so no one wiped. the floor on the balcony was also not washed. the bed was changed every 3 days, but we never got room slippers. even in the room there was often a slight smell of sewerage, and other vacationers with this complaint even went to the administrator, because. they said that it was unbearable to be in the room. I also didn’t like the fact that when you exit the shower room, (and there’s not a booth, but just a glass door separating the shower and the floor is the same tile as in the entire bathroom, of course you can’t wash barefoot, so you had to wash in beach flip flops and when you get out of the shower in these flip flops all the water is on the floor, you had to lay a towel for your feet on the floor so that you don’t walk on the water later . . there is a small LCD TV in the room and it seems like 3-4 Russian channels, but we didn’t We watched TV, so I can’t say for sure. There is a free safe and a minibar with 2 small bottles of mineral water, cola, fanta, a small bag of sour juice (we always came across cherry) and 2 bottles of drinking water, we replenished the minibar somewhere then once every 3 days. although this was more than enough. the air conditioner in the room is central, the temperature is not regulated, only the power can be regulated. there are no keys to the door, instead a card, which is much more convenient. for towels on the beach they also gave 3 car points, without collateral.
Food. The hotel has one main restaurant, several a la carte and bars. we ate at the main restaurant all the time, tried to dine at the beach bar once, but realized that we would rather go to the restaurant. the food is not bad, varied, but sooooo peppered, it happened that, apart from dietary boiled chicken, I could not give anything to a child. in the morning there is always monotonous food: scrambled eggs (not tasty), boiled eggs, fried eggs, waffles, good pancakes, milk porridge (semolina, oatmeal, rice alternated by day) breakfast cereals, milk, meat cuts, cheeses and vegetables, there was some other then soup, buns, butter, etc. The choice is decent and everything is basically edible.
for lunch there were 2 types of soup (soups were pretty good) main courses, 5-6 types, potatoes, rice, fish, salads.

for dinner, of course, there was a variety of dishes, every evening was themed, then Chinese dinner, sushi, Turkish night, fish day where huge tuna was butchered in front of everyone, on Fridays crayfish in huge plates, or a "sweet" evening where cakes were made right in the restaurant. Of course there was a lot of food, but not everything is tasty, but you can choose. We are picky eaters and never went hungry.
and of course sweets, for sweets in general many thanks to the confectioner, well done for all 100! The assortment is not very large, but everything is tasty and very tasty!
what I really didn’t like was the lack of packaged juices, juices from a UPI machine, of course it’s impossible to drink, horror. my husband drinks Pepsi and I and my child either tea or water with lemon and mint. still good coffee, although also in vending machines. during the day there are snacks in bars, but we didn’t go there, ice cream once a day from 16-17.00, you have to stand in line... (in Dolphin, all this without restrictions and all day). in ala carte it is better not to go not tasty and sooo long!
I was also struck by the fact that you can’t take food out of the restaurant, I wanted to take 2 peaches for breakfast (my child is used to eating fruits at 10 o’clock, and they take them out only at 11.30) and I was told that it was impossible, then I had to hide everything in a bag, although then the guard went and looked so that they didn’t put them in bags, some kind of wildness, such baseness for a 5-star hotel. this was of course the biggest negative about the hotel.
The territory of the hotel is small but green, there are many flowering shrubs, flowers, I liked the fact that you can run barefoot on the mowed grass and also lie down in a hammock or on sun loungers in the shade of trees.

there is practically no playground, one small slide and two swings, we did not go to the kids club. there were discos for children in the evening, but we went once I was on the beach, the children started running and throwing sand, we didn’t go anymore. in the evenings, sometimes they inflated a trampoline, and let the children take turns, the spectacle is certainly terrible, the children run, everyone wants to jump, the level of the hotel is without stars. in the evening there was cotton candy and popcorn....but for the money (2 c. u. ) we are used to that it's all free, but here . . the animators were also amazed: during the day in the kids club, and in the evening belly dance . . in general, the girls look definitely not children's animators . . I was shocked when a child was waiting for a children's disco, he runs around me, there are still a lot of children around, I sat on a bench and sat down with me an animator (children's type) and without embarrassment took out a cigarette and lit a cigarette, I was in shock, how they select these animators is not clear...
Beach . good, wide sunbeds were always enough, you don’t need to run to borrow at 8 in the morning. the beach is quite clean, the entry into the sea is gentle and not large stones. the sea is clean. what is needed for a child. True, it would not hurt to put paths to the sea, but these are trifles.
The hotel has 2 adults and 1 children's pool. there are 3 small water slides, though the opening time is incomprehensible, they went to the sea in the morning they didn’t work, they didn’t work for lunch either, and after sleep they didn’t work anymore... but we went for the sea and not for the pool, so it was for us never mind.
the hotel is calm, I liked that during the day the music does not rattle in silence, and night discos are held in a disco club in the basement. so you can go with small children will not be noisy
Internet is bad and only on reception.
in general, the hotel is not bad, there are shortcomings, but they are everywhere, we were satisfied with the rest, and this is the most important thing!
