The tour was taken from the Anex-tour, the hotel was chosen by ourselves on the advice of friends who had already rested in this hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, they settled very quickly, we got room 2002. The wishes when ordering the tour were taken into account and the room was very quiet. The downside in the room was: a skewed door on the bedside table with a refrigerator, the water in the shower did not drain well, the air conditioner made a lot of noise (even at low power). Cleaned, towels changed, replenished mini-bar every day.
The territory of the hotel is green, a lot of flowers. The technical staff took care of the territory very attentively, every day they planted something, cut it, cut it. The food is varied, not everyone tried it during the 7 days of stay, a lot of fruits, and desserts exceed all expectations. The service is excellent, the waiters are attentive, always smiling. Special thanks to the animators, you guys are the best. Since we were leaving early we were given lunch boxes to take with us. The holiday was wonderful, many thanks to all the staff, I did not want to leave at all. We hope to visit you again.
I would like to say about the negative impressions of the Anex tour. We took a triple excursion (mountain, olive farm, oceanarium), the hotel guide and the tour guide described the tour in all its glory, told how lucky we were, and as a result, the guide was NOT ANYONE, he couldn’t really tell anything about Kirish, Kemer, something indistinctly short by 10 minutes, we were taken to the olive farm for 2.5 hours. For two hours we circled the outskirts of Kemer in search of a road. Tell me why send a guide and driver who do not know the road and the saddest thing is that the guide was silent all the time and did not give any explanation.

The excursion to the olive farm was negative, everyone was angry. We got to the Oceanarium late in the evening, tired, angry, the children were no longer up for the tour, everyone was late for dinner and almost left hungry. I would like Anex tour to at least somehow react to this trip, but the hotel guide only shrugged and promised to report to the management. I will say right away that a respectful company would try to make amends for this incident, but no, they probably considered this situation normal.
The hotel certainly has nothing to do with this negative, but I really want this situation not to happen again.
Cons: the room and the furniture in it needs refurbishment.
