The hotel was chosen on the recommendation of parents who stayed in it 2 (! ) Times, but 10 years ago and the estimates of tourists on the Internet. It was especially tempting to praise the kitchen, but….
We rested in many places, and this is not the first time in Turkey. But, unfortunately, this is the worst hotel I've ever been to.
Hotel with a compact area, there is greenery, but as for Kemer it is not very much.
The number of rooms is old and worn out. Renovation of the hotel in 2020 was provided. , but I didn't notice her at all ...if she really was, it's just scary to imagine what happened before. Long corridors with tiled floors (like a hospital), no carpets, shabby, cracked walls. This creates the effect of extra noise, because you can hear every step or word in the hallway. Disperse just incredibly loud moon ...
All doors are painted in a beautiful brown color of "children's surprise".
Windows and slopes with cracked peeling paint. Old and uncomfortable furniture everywhere.

The staff in the restaurants do not have time to clean the tables, and when they get to them, they do it in vain. The dishes are old, cracked, there are constantly remnants of sludge or detergent on the glasses and cups, or I don't know what it is ...
Mask mode is mandatory only for staff. All guests go everywhere without masks. Other quarantine conditions have not heard about distance or quality here either.
Room cleaning is conditional. For 10 days we did not change the dirty sheets on the extra bed, but every day we carefully covered it with a towel. The floor was washed once, and only after we caught the maid and asked her about it, adding a tip.
Cats live on the territory, they even have their own house. And it's great! But cats sometimes come poop in the hallway of the hotel ...and it would not be so scary if cleaned in time, but the "mini" can decorate the floor for several days.
And when it is finally removed, you will see traces (evidence that removed somehow).
The Internet is a problem in general ...It works for free only at the reception. In the rest of the territory to catch Wi-Fi in places near the bars, but the availability of the network does not guarantee the availability of the Internet. There is no Internet in the rooms. However, there is a fee! 6 bucks in 3 days ...In my opinion, this is wildness in the modern world for a 5-star hotel (and it's not $ 6). On the last day of our stay, I saw how an additional router was installed on the territory, so the next tourists may be more lucky and they will be able to "catch" custom Wi-Fi near a tree.
Kitchen. It is difficult with small children (1-3 years old). There is no menu or food for them. The children's menu includes only Milupa fruit puree in jars. The rest is a common table, where everything is often oversalted, too sour, fried, etc. Matches are burned.
There are several dishes from the diet menu that are the same every day: boiled carrots, potatoes, chicken, several times there was broccoli. We haven't even heard about blenders, etc. ...Even at breakfast there is only 1 milk porridge (oat or rice alternately per day) to which a pile of sugar is added by default.

The range of dishes in restaurants is small. I am silent about the quality of products or some delicious ones, because I have not met them here. The most delicious of all were Turkish pancakes (gezlemi) and baked potatoes at the beach bar. Sweet - not tasty, chyme ...Fruits: plums (delicious), peaches (like grass), apples, watermelons (like winter, tasteless), grapes. This surprised me - for the first time in Turkey in September they ate fruit like plastic.
Alcohol. Standard set of Turkish smurf. There are good dry sparkling and table wines. Balentines whiskey is imported.
The mini-bar was replenished not every day (1 juice, 1 carbonated water, 2 bottles of water).
The staff at the reception is a separate story.
Upon arrival, I had the impression that I got to the housing office, where you go and already "everyone owes something. " Behind the reception desk will be 3 men, two of whom talk to each other and you just ignore or send to the third, who in turn is also in no hurry to listen to you or answer questions.
We were accommodated on the 4th floor, where there is no cover on the balcony and direct sun all day. At my request, they refused to change the number.
Separately, I want to warn about the individual transfer at the hotel! DO NOT TAKE! ! ! ! ! We stayed with two families with children of different ages (1 year, 3 years, 10 years) and decided to use an individual transfer at the hotel due to early departure. once reminded and clarified. Arriving at the reception at 5 am, there was no transfer, because the dude just forgot about it, or recorded the wrong day ...
Of course, after saying everything I think about them, the transfer was done, but it was 30 minutes of extra excitement and nerves.
The best thing about this hotel is the sea! Warm (+ 29-30), clean, wonders! The beach is normal (pebbles) clean. however, if you arrive after 8.30 am, you will not find free sunbeds. But on the lawn in front of the beach, on the grass, you can also sit well.
A good team of animators. Cheerful young people, everyone is trying, everyone is friendly.
Friendly and cheerful bartenders by the pool. I sincerely sympathize with them - they work non-stop, tolerate all drunken guests. They were genuinely surprised at us when we spoke in English every time, always greeted them and did not forget to say "please" and "thank you".
The contingent of vacationers - retirees and families with children (like us). 80% of guests are from Russia.

My conclusion - for the same money you can go to the best hotel!
I will never turn here and recommend it.
