We chose the hotel with a view to being closer to the center. It didn’t scare me that the transfer to the beach, since the site indicated 700m to the beach, 10-15 minutes on foot. But they were lying, we walked for 40 minutes, since it was not 700m to go there, but 2.2 km. Why write 700m and lie to people, maybe they meant the city beach, but it's not 700m there either. The transfer to the beach is not convenient, since it only travels a couple of times with an interval of 30 minutes, the rest of the time is 1 and 1.5 hours. If you didn’t have time - your problems, go on foot for 40 minutes, or wait an hour and a half for the next one. The latter, by the way, from the beach at 18.35, so if you want to swim after dinner, it will not work. We were settled immediately upon arrival, although we got there by the time, after 14.00. The room is good, the balcony overlooked a quiet street and mountains.
Wi-fi is free throughout the hotel, you can even talk quietly in the room via video link. The room was supposed to have a safe (free of charge), a kettle, cups and tea. But initially we didn’t have a safe and we asked to bring it to us. got to replace Osman, they asked for a safe for 2 days, and there was none. Reached raised tones - to no avail. Then we decided to drink tea, and the kettle was leaking. Again, there was only Osman, well, it’s faster already, a day later the kettle arrived, even a new one. The people who really plowed here are the cooks, the guy who cleaned the pools and carried the suitcases to the room, and Oksana from the reception. I just saw the two of them running. The rest sit still, why are they there???
By the way, when the air conditioner leaked, they told Oksana that she still had a shift, and after 10 minutes the master came and fixed everything. Why was it necessary to spoil the nerves and test patience with that kettle and safe. Maybe that safe was not really needed, but the attitude itself was annoying. The beach is good, but not a convenient transfer and a stop right half a meter from the garbage cans, it's impossible to breathe. Once, music with mats was playing on the beach, and there were a lot of children there, they told Oksana, there was no more like this. Cleaned up badly, very badly. Cleaning only on request and only once every 3 days. As a result, during our entire stay, we were cleaned 2 times. Bed linen and towels were also changed, considering the heat and salt water. They cleaned the trash cans themselves, they gave us garbage bags and then on our own, full bags into the corridor. And they will remove them when the turn comes, it took about 2 days somewhere. The same thing happened with plates and cups. We stood right on the stairs for day 2. It's not the fault of the workers, it's the owner's fault, as it saves a lot on employees, and it seems like 4 stars. But it's not worth the money they ask for a hotel.

Sauna and gym are free, but the sauna is 14.00-18.00, when everyone is on the beach (either the beach or the sauna), and the gym, only from 18 years old and in sports shoes. Well, take sports shoes to the sea... But good food. There was enough food and enough space for everyone. There are many semi-finished products, but they are everywhere, even in 5 *. They also fried meat. If excursions, then Ginza, it is all over Kemer, but I just don’t advise you to go to the one that is on the corner near the hotel. Taya Ilyas, seemingly normal, and kind, and cultured, sold a tour of the bays on a boat, but no transfer took us from the port, we walked... Not much to go, but the man did not even apologize, but on the contrary began to blame us. That we allegedly did not find the transfer ourselves, but he initially said that a guide would meet us right next to the ship and take us to the transfer. Naturally, there was no one. So it's better to go to another Ginza, to more adequate sellers.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center to the shops. There are plenty of them. 2 Waikiki, one near the tower, the second along the main street for about 10 minutes if you are standing near the tower. it is better to walk there, there are many times fewer people and you can safely measure. The "defacto" store is also very cool, near the migros in the center. Naturally, no one in the hotel will fix anything, but people will at least know what this hotel is like. Here in the assessment I put 4 * only because of the good food. The hotel itself is 3*. Although there are triples better than this four.
