We arrived at the hotel at 21.40 tired, hungry, and at the reception they heard that they would feed us already at 12 at night. This was surprising , the hotel is a premium class , all inclusive ! And then your problems, order a paid service, food to the room. Further more, with a small child we are settled in a smoky room in the trash. We return to the reception, please change, the answer is no numbers! The night we suffered. in the morning we went to the GUEST SERVICE, these are the only people who react there and solve problems. We were immediately given the key to another room, and we went to look at it. this time the room was good, and the smell, and the view of the mountains and the river with ducks, amazing. But on the first evening, the impressions were the most terrible. Then they asked the reception for a potty for the child, waited a day, nothing! We went to the guest service, after 10 minutes we had a pot. Guys, do not waste your nerves and time at the reception, go straight to the GUEST SERVICE.
