A week ago, my husband and I returned from Rixos. The hotel is very worthy and undoubtedly deserves attention!! ! Territory, interior, service, sea, beach, food, children's animation - everything is just wonderful! The only thing that may not have been quite enough was more active animation for adults (but this is my personal subjective opinion). In the afternoon, a couple of competitions were arranged by the pool, sometimes there were general dances (sambo, lambada, etc. ), and, as usual, sports classes were held regularly. In the evening, discos, live music, various show programs alternated. All in all, pretty good!! ! The hotel is a family hotel, the contingent is quite wealthy, so you should not expect a stormy youth party from it.
When settling - they did not give money, but despite this we were settled at 11.30 (less than an hour after our arrival at the hotel, and not after 14.00, as is customary). At the same time, they took into account our wishes for a quiet room with a higher number of storeys. By the way, upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the assistant guide Guzel (I apologize in advance, because I can make a mistake in the name, I don’t remember exactly), who actually took care of our settlement, and we went for a late breakfast.
Our room in block B was not large, but very nice, comfortable, tidy, with everything you need. Everything was in good condition, including the individual air conditioning (worked without any failures). Immediately, I note that there were no problems with cleaning the room either - they cleaned normally, regardless of whether a tip was left or not. Towels were changed every day, bed linen every other day. All our requests for an additional change of towels, slippers, etc. were also always taken into account.

The territory of the hotel is huge and beautiful!! ! The beach is large, clean with enough sun loungers. Even despite the strange habits of our fellow countrymen to take up most of the sunbeds with towels, and to do their own business all day, you could always find free ones without any problems - both by the sea itself and further away, under common awnings. The sea is just wonderful! A couple of times the truth brought all sorts of rubbish from pleasure boats to the beach, but I think this can hardly be attributed to the shortcomings of the hotel.
The food is excellent!! ! A wide variety of meat (veal, beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, quail), vegetable dishes and salads, snacks, side dishes, a huge selection of sweets (one baklava was up to 10 types daily), fruits. Soups by the way, too, were nothing. The fish didn’t really impress me, but it’s personally for my taste, since I don’t really like fish at all, and if I eat, then only salmon or trout. Almost all the food is quite spicy, but if you get completely bored, then the menu always has a dietary set of both main courses and desserts.
We were also satisfied with the service - the waiters and their assistants were almost always attentive and friendly. If I sometimes wanted coffee or tea right away, then I calmly, without unnecessary nerves, walked and took myself a drink. And if she was ready to wait up to 5 minutes, then she made an order from the waiters. Restaurants almost always had free tables. At least we did not have a single case where we had to wait (I note that we constantly came for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at different times). Sometimes not quite neatly cleaned or not fully served tables were noticed. But at the first appeal to the waiters - everything was immediately put in order. Personally, we did not see any horror in this. Indeed, in hotels we are served by people, not robotic machines, and it is quite possible that somewhere, sometime, in some way, various kinds of shortcomings are possible. In general, there are no complaints about the hotel staff. Everyone works like bees, always smiling and friendly!
In general, I can say for sure that we were very satisfied with the rest!
Once again, they did not regret that they bought a tour through Turtesse. Everything was perfect inside and out! Flights, transfers, guides, organization of an individual trip to the shopping center, excursions - everything, as they say, without a hitch!

As for the negative reviews - in principle, you can always find something to complain about! And from the review of rita55, I was generally shocked! After all, we rested almost at the same time in Rixos. And one gets the impression that they visited completely different hotels. It may simply be that in their particular case, everything in this hotel turned out so unsuccessfully. But personally, we at the hotel did not hear a lot of dissatisfied and negative reviews from vacationers. Yes, some tourists really confirmed that, compared to the past, Rixos has now lost ground a bit, but nevertheless, in general, everything has remained at the level, and this hotel has everything to have a great rest!
