Stayed with my 18 year old son. I saw him sleeping in the morning, sometimes we met on the territory of the hotel. There were classes for him and for me (a woman over 40). We arrived on August 10, the check-in consisted of the two of us, the room was already prepared in the morning. I agree with other tourists that Tez-Turovites are in no hurry: the sink in the room was clogged, and the front door handle was stained with something, I turned to help eliminate this, they didn’t even move, but all with smiles and assurances, that everything will work out. It was settled only when I myself turned to the top manager, they did everything and even put gerberas on the bed. There were no other incidents, the room was perfectly located, always cleaned, the food was of high quality, the animation was good. Another stone for TEZ: when they found out that we had already been in this area and were not interested in taking excursions (we went everywhere ourselves, what is offered is very long and not everything is interesting to us), we demonstratively "disappointed", i. e. all the answers through gritted teeth. . .
