We rested in Montana from May 12 to May 25 with a group of 4 people (2 couples). In general, the rest were quite satisfied. The hotel is very, very decent in its class, especially since officially it is 3 stars, not 4 as the tour operator offers. The hotel is not big, very clean and homey. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they try very hard, the guys are just great. Almost everyone speaks Russian, even sometimes you get the feeling that you are on vacation in some former Soviet republic)). The general manager of the hotel Kasim is a wonderful person, you can contact him on any issue, all wishes are immediately taken into account. The chef of the hotel deserves a separate assessment, the kitchen can easily compete even with some fives)). At least with the neighboring Rig Beach, definitely))). During the rest, we not only never felt hungry, but were even too full, as a result we brought extra pounds with us, because everything was so appetizing and tasty.
With entertainment, of course, the situation was more poor, but we were not at all embarrassed, even sometimes pleased, especially when the sounds of a completely monotonous animation were heard from the neighboring Catamaran, the sequence of which we already knew by heart by the end of the holiday. The animation was really joint with the neighboring Ring, so if we wanted, we could safely visit it.
The Montana and Ring hotels, as we understand, have a joint agreement, we can visit their hammam and animations, and they, accordingly, use our beach... True, this is probably one of the few drawbacks of Montana, at least when the Ring is open scourge. The first three days of our vacation on the beach were just wonderful, the beach is empty, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, and it doesn’t matter when you come to the beach at 6 in the morning or at 11. There were no problems until the Ring was settled, mostly by representatives of friendly Ukraine....that's when the beginning... Since the so-called beach area of ​ ​ the Ring, neither in size nor in the number of beach equipment, was designed for a huge number of vacationers that the hotel itself can accept, sun loungers and mattresses were safely dragged by the Montanovskys, unpleasant squabbles constantly arose, repeatedly was a witness of rudeness on the part of vacationers from the Ring in relation to ours. There is little pleasant, I even caught myself thinking that I simply didn’t feel like going to this beach. Separately, I would like to note the not very pleasant entrance to the sea, in fact, large cobblestones, although with special slippers that are sold across the road for only 5 bucks, it is much more pleasant to enter. There is a pier, but since at least 3 hotels use it (they also come from the second line), it is constantly crowded. After talking with regular customers of Montana, and as it turned out there are a lot of them, we learned that until May 9 of this year, Montana had its own pier, and even with a water slide, but it was safely demolished by a strong wind and is unlikely to be restored, because the hotel does not have the funds for it.

We took excursions through a guide, which, by the way, is 2-3 times more expensive, but the quality, I’ll tell you, is many times worse than Petrovich’s, starting with the driver’s staff, who is responsible for our lives, by the way, ending with the guides . . and indeed the attitude . I can write a lot about this . . Everyone decides for himself, but the theory that exists among the people that it is safer to travel with guides is a complete utopia in my opinion and definitely not worth such an overpayment...
The review turned out to be long, because when I went to Montana I collected all the information bit by bit on the Internet and was very worried about what kind of Montana it was....Now I can say that we definitely did not regret that we chose this particular hotel. We will probably come back here again and again. If you do not find fault with trifles - the hotel is wonderful. Less unnecessary show-offs, more good mood and excellent rest are guaranteed to you.
