Hey! I read the previous reviews, I agree with some and I don't! I decided to write my impressions, for those who are traveling for the first time to Turkey (like my wife and I), and abroad in general (like me, my wife has been to England).
1) a Boeing plane, but a Boeing minibus, cramped and very good. noisy, but the takeoff was very smooth and the landing was soft back and forth.
2) Antalya Airport, left the building, crossed a small area, saw stands with a sign, your operator, came up, checked in further on the bus. Although the travel agency said you will be met at the airport and taken to the bus.
3) Arrival at the hotel.
check-in is really exactly at 14-00, we were warned in advance so we were not worried.

The hotel employees are mostly Russian-speaking, but many understand from the 3rd time, so repeat, explain in detail what you need from them, they are service, you are customers, you have rights and duties, so let them plow and in no case do not let's have tea. it does not affect the quality! we arrived early, left our things at the reception (there is a special room there. ), we put bracelets on our hands - this is a pass, you can’t take them off! where is the restaurant, where to change clothes, where is the beach we all figured out ourselves, ask don't wait! no one will lead you by the hand. but everything is close, easy to find.
4) Number. everything is as in the photo, exactly, the conder and TV work, we didn’t give money to anyone, we were settled on the 2nd floor. On the 1st bad, try to get higher. And it's better to live in 3 * than in 4 *, it's quiet there! and in a 4 * restaurant, services, noisy guests, running around. those who are in 4 * complained about the noise and fuss. especially since you only sleep in 3 *, and the restaurant, spa, Turkish bath, bar are all 4 * and you use everything, so 4 * overpayment for the room, and who settled down more comfortably is another question, those who got to 4 * on the first floor were och. dissatisfied!
The disadvantage of the room is dampness, there was no water on the floor anywhere, but it smells strongly of dampness from the bathroom and wardrobes, clothes need to be dried on the balcony in the sun during the day, when you take them out of the closet it is wet.
5) Restaurant - a lot has been written before, I won’t repeat myself, everything is super here! Everything is both the quality of food and the service.
6) The beach, at 3 * it’s sad but there is a lot of space, in the bar there is a machine with lemonade-ice-pendos))) and a coffee shop worked for 2 days, then only fresh water, we went to the beach 5 *, where the flags of ROSE Hotels are in the bar, the bartender I saw that we are from 3 *, and there is like the planet Kin-Dza-Dza, each hotel has its own color of the bracelet. so they poured us everything we wanted, no one said a word, and they didn’t send them to the beach 3 * where they wanted to go there and go. from entertainment only volleyball with an animator, the rest for the money.

7) hotel guide-Gad from Pegasus, his name was Timur. gathered us at 10-00 on the 2nd day, I wanted to know about the transfer back, about where it is in the city, something about security, in general, everything you need to know in an unfamiliar country. where there, he spent a couple of words on it. but for a long time and tediously touted excursions that you need to buy of course from him! and if it’s on the street.......and there are a lot of horror stories, you will be hurt, you will be crippled, you won’t get insurance, etc. when I told him that out of 7 days I want to spend the first 4-5 days on the beach, and the sea is fantastic there, I just want to live in it. and then choose excursions, then the answer is no then it will be too late! I did not continue the meaningless conversation, and in the future we did not need his help, we got along fine without him. By the way, there were no insurance cases about which he kept repeating! In any case, I have not heard that someone even scratched a finger!
8) Turks, here it is: there are Turks barkers in shops and tour desks, they are intrusive. they just need to pass by without entering into conversations. And they won't give up. Turkish hotel staff or Turks passers-by, there to ask for directions or something else. they are ok. friendly people will always help, many Russian or English speakers. I saw how our tourists did not know which minibus to take, the Turks at the bus stop let them show and tell them how best to get to their village.
9) Shops, I didn’t buy fur coats, I won’t say. in a jewelry store, just out of sports interest, I bargained with my wife for less than $30-$50. in souvenir shops at best 1 dollar. It’s better to buy any small things not in shops for tourists, but in an ordinary supermarket where the Turks go, this is from the clock tower (it’s the only one there), without crossing the road, turn right to the mosque (it’s also the only one) there are several markets, everything is full there and cheaper than in shops for tourists and the dollar-lira rate is higher!
Yes, it is important!!! ! in Kemer road for drivers! pedestrians are not allowed on the zebra! and you let cars pass, so they drive there, but they drive carefully and not quickly, but be careful!
10) Language of communication. Turks know both Russian and English, but they DO NOT UNDERSTAND Ukrainian! and it helps a lot if you want to talk to each other with a Turk, for example, in a store before buying, but you never know what. speak pure Ukrainian! they see the Slavs in front of them, but they don’t understand the language))) and they lose their eastern aplomb and become more accommodating! many people know Ukraine, but where this is the very Ukraine they have no idea and show more respect than to the Russians. they ask: in their faith it sounds like this in one word, Ukraine is the answer, then do they speak Russian? and even better with them in English, checked, you can not speak Russian, do not speak!

Based on all of the above, I liked it: the hotel and the country and the people, and the sea is just fantastic! I'm glad I went there. I would advise all friends and acquaintances to take a ride there in Rosa 3 *!
