Chose this hotel on the advice of a tour operator. We arrived at the hotel at 12 midnight with 2 families with children 1 and 4 years old, when we asked for food they said that the restaurant was closed, but our guide, of course, did not take care of us. They settled in a room saying that tomorrow they would give another one, they say this one with a view of the sea and if you want to pay extra for it. But there simply does not make sense, they are all equally terrible (see photo), but the fact that the one who laid things out for you to transfer them again is a separate issue. The room is rarely cleaned. In the DR they promised to bring fruit in the morning, they brought at 5 pm those that could have been eaten at dinner anyway. The food is less, often very spicy. Fish once a week. The staff is also rude and responds to banal requests. Alcohol is also bad, then only our guide explained to us that this hotel is not a chain hotel, so everything here is random. When choosing a hotel, consider the reviews 80% true! !
