TO "Riviera", the host of WINGS TOURISM.
How much nerves and Internet time went into the selection and planning of our vacation. My wife and child wanted to return to Bulgaria, I insisted on other countries. An indispensable condition for my wife was a direct flight from Perm, my daughter had water slides, but I love the highlands. So, through long negotiations, the choice fell on Turkey.
At first I chose which operator to go through, prices rose, fell and rose again. Then, when the hotel was chosen, the negative reviews of the first tourists rained down. Either there is little meat, or the beach is bad, or the construction site is dusty, or they generally sell it. But I did not change the hotel, because the budget of our trip was limited to a certain amount, and the price and location of Haber suited us perfectly.

So:

The charter of Tatar Airlines Perm-Antalya-Perm took off on schedule and successfully landed at the Antalya airport, for which the crew, according to tradition, was awarded applause.
The flight went well, not tiring, the pleasant cabin of the 154th Carcass is made in light blue tones, they fed, watered, unloaded.

Passport control was passed quickly, and now the guides of the host country are already meeting us, marking our names on the list, and escorting us to the minibus. It is hot outside, stuffy, and we are sitting under the air conditioner, waiting for the family lost at the airport. After about 10 minutes they were found, and we quickly set off on our way in the direction of Kemer. There are no special claims to the meeting party, everything is clear, timely, and fast. There are only some claims to the guide under the name MAKSAT, but more on that later. It should be noted that he came to the meeting with us on time, second by second, did not get excursions and in general we rarely saw him.

We were greeted by a large cool, not crowded hotel lobby. At the reception they helped to fill out a questionnaire, issued cards from the room. After reading all the reviews, I asked for a room with a view of the amphitheater, the mountains.
But the amazed Turks settled in a standard room with a sea view. Well, I think everyone has arrived, the noise from the discos is guaranteed. But the first night dispelled all fears, of course the noise leaked out, but it was deaf, distant, the number did not change. My girls immediately took the beds, and I got a folding chair-bed.

How strange, but I fit on it, a bit cramped though.
The room is clean, tidy, fairly new furniture, at least not shabby and does not creak. It was located on the second floor, above the central pool. Everything works, turns on and off. There is a normal TV with 4 Russian-speaking channels. The air conditioner worked constantly day and night, pleasantly cooled the room, and the Turks did not turn it off, as was written in one review. Only sometimes in extreme heat, of course, he could not cope, but the room was still cool. Double-glazed windows rescued from the noise of nearby discos.

They, of course, were noisy, but with the windows closed, the noise was muffled and distant. Most of all, I was annoyed by the sounds coming from the bar on the -1 floor.

The disadvantages of the room, I would include: the lack of a hedgehog for the toilet, thin pads, poor sound insulation of the front door, seals leak between the wall and the bathroom, which is why the floor is periodically damp, getting out of the shower you can slip. We laid a towel on the floor.

The biggest negative is the cleaning. The dust from the shelves was never wiped off, the mirror left a trace of a smeared mosquito, they vacuumed it on the 11th day, and then after repeated reminders. On the ceramic floor (in the corridor) there was still a trace of a fallen peach. Tipping, in the form of $1, did not improve the quality of cleaning, and I did not leave them.

Mini bar, paid. The price list for the contents is glued on the bar door, and not hidden (as they wrote) somewhere.
Water is free, replenished every other day, then we realized that we were let in because of the “do not disturb” sign that we hung on the door handle when we slept.

Hotel: I think it's not worth writing about the infrastructure of the hotel. Everything is quite accurately described in previous reviews, including last year. What changed? ! Another hefty hotel was built under the windows, which spoils the whole view of Kemer and the sea from the windows of Haber. One comrade wrote “. . The construction is terribly disturbing, people are moaning!! ! ...» Not a thing like this construction interfered with us, we didn’t hear it at all, sometimes before dinner they hammered something with perforators. The green curtain with which it was curtained has been removed, and the view is quite decent. No dust, no noise, everything is neat.

Meals: The main restaurant is large, there was enough space for everyone, tables, cutlery, tablecloths and napkins are clean. You won't leave hungry. There was also meat and some fruits.

The range of dishes is large, but naturally monotonous. After a while it will definitely get boring. Queues lined up for a more tasty and familiar product, people come to your senses why ???

It happened like this: 19.00, dinner, five minutes to 7 already the most hungry crowd at the entrance. Everything that happened next reminded me of Yeralash, remember the intermission in the theater. Doors swing open and people run to the product shouting: “Mom, get in line for french fries, ” or “I borrowed, but left for beer. ” Well, why do we create these queues ourselves. Why poke around, in a vat, for 2-3 minutes, in search of the best piece of meat. Well, why impose more than you eat, and call the whole restaurant - “Sash, bring another plate, otherwise the queue will pass. ” Why take a queue for another five people. Why do you need these french fries, fried in oil, if next to it is boiled lightly fried with a crust, or next to awesome stewed vegetables with meat in a clay pot.
Well, why cut a piece in the center out of the cake, but a pancake with a cherry. Why choose only mussels from a salad. I'm not saying that everyone did this in a row, but there were unpleasant moments. Barbecue, liver, fish were fried on the grill. The most delicious and varied was on the Turkish night and at the gala show of animators. There were so many yummy things that you can’t try everything, there were vegetable and fish rolls, and Miller bottled beer. On the sixth day of this diet, I was drawn to the gym. I was also annoyed by smoking in the dining room, but why? to get in more. Of course, I’m not a fighter against smoking, but it’s still unpleasant when a company of “locomotives” sits nearby, sometimes I had to change the table.
The waiters in the dining room are quick and efficient, they clean up the used dishes in a timely manner, they will definitely ask the “brain” whether to take away the plates, of course, if you are alone and went away, let’s say for a beer, then, after a while, your plate may be taken away, they regard this as your departure and uneaten product.

Water park and pools: the idea is certainly interesting and beautifully executed, but nothing more than advertising. Of the 7 declared slides, only 4 worked. The blue one was crushed at the very beginning of the descent, the rest, screw ones, as I understand it, are very traumatic and they simply do not turn on, since there are no special people responsible for order in the water park. I did not observe special conflicts, but it is better to keep the child in sight. For example, my daughter fell, with one foot, into the drain hole, the plastic grates were broken there, and it was very slippery on ceramic tiles.
One day, in the nutria of the "wolf", someone badly spoiled, both big and small.
The next day, of course, everything was removed, but the smell and unpleasant aftertaste remained. Who needed it? Toilet 20 meters away.

The water in the water park and pools is clean, soft and non-chlorinated. There was no unsanitary conditions either on the territory of the hotel or in the water park, which I read about in the reviews. The hotel staff are great: they constantly go to mow the grass, then they collect garbage, then they clean the windows. At 15.00-15.20 they start serving ice cream at the bar, naturally a queue forms and it ends in 30 minutes. Why is there not enough for everyone? Again, because someone will take one, and someone will take three. Yes, and put too much of it in a glass. Sometimes we didn’t get it, however, we were sleeping at that time. But day after day we used it. Sometimes there wasn't even a line.

Beach: The road to the beach takes 3-5 minutes, the most difficult thing is to go down and up the steps of the underpass across the road, the obstacle is insurmountable (JOKE).
Next is a wonderful mini zoo. One lady in her review wrote that the stench was terrible. Nothing like that, no stink, so the smell is not much more than that, these are animals. And yes, they clean up after them. The park is generally accessible to all tourists, the hotel security booth is at the entrance to the subway. The park area is maintained by Haber employees, at least they all have uniforms with the logo and the name of the hotel.

The beach is pebbly, there are umbrellas, sun loungers. Of course, I did not measure it with a tape measure, but for such a hotel it is too small. There is a bar where you can dine and have an afternoon snack, drink beer, various drinks, and an animation booth. I came to the beach at about 8 o'clock, the place is full. And he always took places on the first line, in addition to choosing normal sunbeds and clean mattresses, there were no problems. By 9 o'clock, my sleepy sleepers were pulling up. At 10 am, those who like to sleep may not find a free place under the sun, and the choice of sun loungers becomes small.
Well, excuse me, as in that saying "Whoever got up first, that and slippers. " Here we must pay tribute to the protection. The guard seems to be invisible, but if someone "alien" occupied a sunbed, the guard immediately appeared from somewhere and insistently offered to make room. On the very first day, we bought rubber slippers for my wife and daughter, and they moved on pebbles without any problems. My daughter generally flew into the sea with a run. There were no injuries or cuts to the legs. I also did not see that someone “on all fours” came out of the sea, as they wrote in reviews on various sites.

In the morning, at 8 o'clock, cleaners walk along the beach. They clean the beach after night visits, these are bottles, and plastic cups, and all sorts of crap. Once on the beach, someone broke a glass bottle, so they cleaned the broken glass in a place with pebbles. Cleaners go around and during the day pick up any rubbish we leave.
Some tourists, in their reviews, were unhappy with the fact that beer and drinks are poured into plastic cups. Yes it is. Beer, fanta, cola are poured into hard plastic, and I noticed that children were poured drinks mainly into disposable cups. Food is also placed on hard plastic plates, but cutlery (forks, spoons, knives) is metal. There is some common sense in this. Imagine how much broken glass would be on the beach. There is a billboard at the bar with an inscription in four languages “Please do not bring your food to the beach”, no, damn it, we drag it anyway, we wear it, and then we write in our reviews “. . there is not that cleanliness and sterility that should be . . ” We scatter the cups all over the beach, and then the waiters go to collect them.

Cons of the beach: small, some sun loungers are broken, and almost all are dirty. Mattresses are old and frankly dirty. The fact is that the beach is accessible to everyone in the evening and at night.

Well, you know, everyone uses it in their own way, and stains on mattresses are of human origin. The bar on the beach is somehow not very good. Laid up and down, wooden paths (somewhat reminiscent of mini sleepers) in my opinion are quite comfortable. Yes, and the pebbles are not so large.

Weather:
We were lucky with the weather. As we were told:
"We're having a bit of a cold snap. " A slight cold snap is 28-38, a couple of days 45 degrees. In the morning, the best and not hot time, so we sunbathed no more than 12, I stayed at the maximum until one. After an hour, there was noticeably more free space. He freed the sun loungers, because in the afternoon we slept, and then raged in the water park. After an hour stuffiness sets in and humidity rises. In general, it was not very humid, but for a couple of days in the evening the humidity was 80% at an air temperature of 28-30. The windows of the hotel were covered with condensation. On those days, I didn’t even want to walk in the evening.
And mostly in the evenings it was quite even comfortable. There was a small storm at sea for a couple of days, which calmed down in the evening, and waves again in the morning. It was great to ride the waves, but don't leave the kids unattended. One girl was covered by waves and dragged to the depths, pulled out in time, she drank a little sea water, but everything worked out.

Animation Entertainment Animation team of 15 people, all by name, I did not remember. Rooms are announced in three languages. Everything is fine here, I would give the animators 10+, well done. Every evening, something new, the numbers were not repeated. Some performances were, of course, so-so, amateur performances. But sometimes he was surprised. The guys gave all the best to 100. Sometimes they were funny from themselves. A beautiful show was “Pirate Night on the Beach”, they made a fire on the beach, like fakir bartenders spit fire. I also liked the Turkish night in the amphitheater, and the evening gala show was generally superb.
There were no visiting dance groups, all dance numbers were performed by animators.

Well, now about what spoiled our mood.

We had a return flight on the night of July 15-16 (that is, on the 16th at 03.05). On the 15th in the afternoon I meet our guide in the lobby bar and ask about the return transfer, the answer is: "rest, you will be informed. " Well, I think they will report so they will report. At lunchtime, we pack our suitcase so that we don’t have to mess around in the evening, and mentally we are already at home. But before dinner, the assistant guide calls into the room and says:
- “Your departure tomorrow at 22.45” and hangs up. I'm shocked, how's tomorrow? if the plane is tonight. Daughter almost in tears "I want to go home, I don't want to hang around here for another day. " Thoughts about the delays of charter flights fly through my head, but not for a day. I went to clear up the situation. There is no help from the reception and gas relations, I didn’t even go to the guides of the tour, I know what they will send. Somehow, I accidentally saw a representative of WINGS TOURISM, turned out to be an assistant to our guide, and he called us.
Another woman from my flight came up and began to clarify the situation. He called up Maksat twice, and on his face it was written: “well, damn the Russians, they don’t understand a damn thing. ” And we explain to him (10 minutes) that July 16.03. 05 is already tonight, and we need to go today, not tomorrow.

And now, after another call, the face of the assistant changes, and he apologizes to us that we are going today at 22.45. Wow, I haven't experienced such "relief" for a long time. That would be a joke: we arrive at the airport tomorrow, they unload us, turn around and disappear. And at the airport they tell us, “People, your plane left yesterday. ”

And so basically the rest went well, just what we needed. No nerves, and extreme situations, if you do not pay attention to all sorts of little things. Well, it's really the little things. My wife, daughter and I loved it too. And most importantly, do not regret the money spent.
