We arrived early in the morning, check-in from 14.00, but there were no special problems, since you can use all the services of the hotel. They settled in a terrible room, where there is mold everywhere in the bathroom (on the walls, in the ventilation ducts), they did not bother to wipe the dust on the furniture in the room.
At the reception "zero" attention. The food is excellent - a large selection and variety, starting with first courses (2-3 soups, broth). Second courses and salads for every taste. Meat and fish are in abundance and in different variations (boiled, stewed, grilled, etc. ). There is also a rich selection of vegetables. You can shoot a movie about desserts and fruits (yummy and beautiful design). Alcoholic drinks want to leave the best (locally produced), besides, in the bars where you can try them (near the pool and in the hotel itself), the service is at a low level turning into rudeness.
Animation. It seems to be, but it seems not. From lunch, young people run around offering to play darts and water polo, but unfortunately strictly on time. Take the ball yourself and play the same football LOWER. The answer is simple - there are no soccer balls, but we will not give polo (again, in time). Why do they need a football field? On the slides in the water park, no one controls anything, there were troubles (one by one they jump and jump into each other in the pipe). The territory of the hotel is more or less - they are trying to clean and take care of the plantings. Across the road and a small park access to the sea. The beach itself is not large in width or length, so you need to take places in the morning. Wi-Fi is free and only in the lobby.
