Rested family (2 adults and a child 4 years) in the period from 2 to 22 September 2015.
Flight/transfer: Tour operator: Coral Travel, Ukraine. Flight: Ukrainian Airlines. The tour operator confirmed the departure time for flight PS 5327 "Kyiv-Antalya" a day before. The flight was unchanged at 4.00. We arrived at Boryspil airport and then the carousel began. By the time registration was supposed to begin at 2.00, and here the departure time is transferred to 5.30 on the scoreboard. Then the departure window, and everyone wanders from D1 to D3. I will not bore you, I will only say one thing: we took off only at 8.00. In fact, the flight was delayed by 4 hours. Without explanation, they were transported from one terminal to another by bus. We already laughed and said that they were probably taking them home. True, before that they gave a sandwich and a bottle of Morshinskaya 0.5 liters per person for waiting. I have never seen such a mess. Therefore, I do not recommend this airline. For example: in parallel, Yutar flights to Antalya departed at the right time. Upon arrival in Antalya, we learned that the flights of our airline had been delayed for several days not only from Kyiv, but also from Odessa and Lvov.

We ordered an individual transfer, as we knew in advance that the hotel was the penultimate one in the village of Tekirova, a group transfer would be tiring for our child. We were met by representatives of Koral, escorted to the minibus, helped to load things and in 1 hour 10 minutes we got to the hotel.
Regarding the work of Koral guides at the hotel: I met Maxim, a very sociable, nice guy, he will help, advise, answer all questions. But by the end of our vacation, he was replaced by Svetlana, who spoke through her teeth, constantly sat on the Internet, and it seemed that everything was annoying her. And this despite the fact that she worked in our hotel for only 1 hour 45 minutes, and on Saturday and Tuesday there was a day off. The return flight was scheduled for 22.09. at 14.50. On the evening of 21.09 at 20.30. we were confirmed the time of departure only after a call from the guest relay manager Anna, first to Svetlana's mobile, and then to the Odeon line (host in Turkey: Coral-Odeon Tour). Only after that we received a fax. This despite the fact that back we also had an individual transfer, bought from Koral. Thank you very much Anna for your help and sensitivity to vacationers. It is clear that the person is in the right place. So, the employees of the guest relay are also grateful. And I recommend ordering an individual transfer directly from the hotel, it turns out cheaper than from a tour operator.
Territory of the hotel: a huge plus, large, very green, well-groomed, everything blooms and smells sweet. Gardeners my respect and respect. Opposite the window of the room is a palm tree with a huge bunch of bananas, next to a tree with a lime. In short, paradise. Constant watering. This is a big plus for the hotel. Very beautiful - a combination of pine forest and garden. Trees and bushes are very nicely trimmed: square, round, oval. About the nature of the hotel, you can talk a lot and for a long time and only good words.
Check-in/Rooms: for prompt check-in and assistance, I want to express my deep gratitude to the reception staff Sener and Veronica. Didn't even have to wait until 2pm. They took into account all our wishes. We lived in a 3-room suite 4205 (building 4200) - deluxe club family suits, on the second floor. The advantages of the building are its close location to the sea, miniclub, Trocadero restaurant, swimming pool, water park, main restaurant, etc. But the downside is the noise in the evenings. But we ourselves asked to be closer to the sea and for the child not to walk far. Therefore, they fell asleep with the balcony door closed. And already at night, around 1.30, the windows and the balcony door were opened. September is very warm this year. Therefore, it is very cool to sleep with an open window and enjoy clean air. Disadvantages of the room and the overall management of the hotel: 1. The minibar is replenished only upon check-in, then - only 1 bottle of water without gas 1.5l per room. For example: in 2014 in Marty Mir we were replenished every day in a two-room mini-bar: Pepsi with Fanta in cans, and Tuborg beer in cans, and mineral water with and without gas. 2. lack of slippers and bathrobes. Yes, bathrobes are not needed in the heat. But it should be in fives. 3. lack of an electric kettle. It can, of course, be taken for a fee of 3 euros per day. Accordingly, there is no tea set either: no tea bags, no coffee sticks, no sugar. Only 2 single glasses. I see this for the first time in the top five and also in the family room. They say that this year only the concept has changed in order to save money. For example: again, returning to Marty Mira: there was a full tea set in a 2-room suite.

Plumbing in the room did not junk, air conditioning worked well. The furniture is clean, though not the newest. However, we used the air conditioner very little. The bathroom has a slightly uncomfortable glass curtain at the bathtub. Our respect and respect to the cleaner Serap. Very hardworking, responsible, decent girl. She cleaned well, washed the floors, swept on the balcony, replenished bathroom accessories (gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper). I regularly changed the bed and towels, even moved the sofa and washed the floor there. Housekeeping was great. She put vases with flowers, made figurines from towels. On the last day of my stay at the hotel, she kissed me and wished me a happy journey. Very nice. There would be more such people. Although, I heard that many complained about the cleaning of the rooms. Apparently, we were very lucky with the cleaning lady.
There are no mosquito nets on the windows, but there were no mosquitoes either. The room had a balcony and terrace. We asked for a clothes dryer and within 5 minutes we had it.
Beach: large, pebbly and sandy. We knew in advance that we were going to the mountainous region of Turkey, so we stocked up with aqua shoes from home. Sunbeds people occupied very early. Then they could not come until 12.00. But this is our mentality. The sea is very clean, warm, transparent. Upon arrival, the water temperature in the sea was 26.27 gr. Didn't want to get out of it. From the wishes: carefully remove cigarette butts and large stones, as well as bring sand.
They constantly offered to ride a banana, fly by parachute, etc. In parallel, they offered spa treatments, as well as trips for leather and fur products. I didn't specify the price. Ride a child five times on a catamaran, for free. The child was delighted. You can take pictures with a parrot and a pirate, as well as with a huge lizard. The price of one photo is 8 dollars, but people bargain if they take more than one and burn it on a disk or you can throw it on a flash drive. Very cool photographer Niko. Children love him.
Pool/Waterpark: I can't tell you in detail as we didn't swim in them. They preferred the sea. They bathed the child only in the sea. I know that there are 3 slides in the water park.
Meals/drinks:

- children's buffet: a big minus is that it did not work in the morning, as well as in the evening (and there is no separate children's section in the main restaurant, only a diet table with a small assortment). All the parents scurried around the main restaurant in search of food for their children. I would like to have at least sometimes packaged juice and canned food. It wasn't. It shouldn't be like this in the top 5. And also in the children's buffet there was never boiled meat, but only grilled cutlets or grilled chicken. It turns out that at lunch I take pasta or rice to the child, and I need to go for boiled meat to the diet table of the main restaurant. It would also be right and important to make a children's corner with food in the main restaurant, if it is not possible to expand the children's menu in the children's buffet. One more thing: a drink from a vending machine is not the best thing to give to young children. Than to give it, better water without gas. She herself personally saw how in the main restaurant a child sitting next to him drank an apple drink and immediately threw up. And dad said to him loudly: "I told you not to take it. " You can be generous for the children's buffet for the best drinks. I personally did not like pizza with spicy sausage and very greasy, as for a child. Plus: there was always ayran in cups.
- the main restaurant: at lunch and in the evening there were always beef, chicken, turkey, fish dishes. In the evening there were squids. In the morning very tasty pancakes, donuts. True, there were never shrimp, mussels, crayfish, that is, we did not see seafood (except squid). There is a diet table. True, the range could be expanded. The mothers complained that by the end of breakfast there was only practically milk left in the milk porridges, without cereals. But everyone was saved by the presence of several types of cereals, which the children were poured with milk. My child liked the chocolate ones. And he only ate them dry. From fruits: watermelons, several times melon, hard peaches, oranges, bananas, plums, grapes, apples (delicious red ones), pears. In the morning they made scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs. Didn't like the sausage. Sweet: mousses in cups, baklava, various cakes, etc. Sometimes there were frozen pastries. But I lower the rating mainly for baby and diet food. Cons: Lack of tables mainly at dinner.
We didn't go to a la carte restaurants. Ice cream and boiled corn are free. Ice cream was at the bar on the beach (and by the end of our holiday it was moved to the bar) from 13 to 17. It would be possible to expand the assortment, otherwise there were never more than two types. Freshly squeezed juices are paid.
- Confectionery Agora: open from 14 to 18 on the second floor of the main hotel building. Very convenient to drink tea / coffee with pastries. But there, too, sometimes came across frozen cakes.
- bars: I'm not a particular fan of alcohol, so I can't tell you all the subtleties. Sometimes I took only mojitos and Baileys. Arranged for quality. I want to mention the bartenders: Eddu, Kemal, Receip (Trocadero restaurant). Very welcome. The main problem of all bars: sometimes there were badly washed glasses.

Miniclub: I will tell you one thing that my child liked Marty Mira's miniclub more. As they say, tastes differ. The territory of the mini-club in Euphoria is small for such a hotel and compared to the mini-club of Marty Mira, there is no trampoline, sandbox, toys. Inside the Marty Mira mini-club there is a whole children's town, a house with a lot of toys, and on the street there are bicycles, scooters, cars, a trampoline. Even near the basketball hoop of the Euphoria mini-club there is no elementary ball. So there is something for hotel managers to think about. The son constantly asked to go to Marty Mira's mini-club and missed him.
