В отеле воруют в номерах! There are thefts in the hotel rooms!

The positives include the beautiful green grounds, but beyond that, it's total trash! The hotel is frankly filthy. It's just awful! The furniture in the room is stained, the floor is dirty, there's mold in the shower, there are no toiletries (only by request), and there are remains of dead insects on the walls. The restaurant is the same: all the chairs are stained, the dishes are dirty and scratched, and the glasses are chipped. The food is very weak and monotonous, there's little fruit, the service is non-existent, and most importantly, they steal money from the rooms, and as it turns out, everyone knows about it. It's a shame we didn't read all the reviews and trusted the travel agent. We personally lost $100 and €70 from our backpacks, but after reading the latest reviews, we got off easy. The management is shy. Don't go here unless you want to ruin your vacation.
