The hotel positions itself as a family hotel, but I had the impression that I was not on vacation in Turkey, but in a nursing home. It may have happened, but it bothered me. The first step is settlement. We arrived at 10 am with two small children, pretty tired. At the reception they promised to prepare the room in an hour and a half. Interest in the interlocutors was clearly absent, the desire to tell and help too. Probably wanted money, but we did not give. But there is a desire to give for quality service, and not for a dull look and mumbling under your breath.
By the way, the Mediterranean restaurant is super in all respects. But from the fish I expected more. I was surprised by the appetizers, consisting of the same range of dishes as in the main restaurant. Very large portions everywhere. Please take this into account when ordering. Fears about poor quality food did not materialize. Everything is fresh and tasty.
Animation. We did not notice both children and adults. Honestly. even though we were promised Three out of ten.
Free catamaran rides did not work out. All were broken. Basketball and volleyball were played exclusively by the Germans.
