I write only for the sane

Guys, I’ll make a reservation right away, I write only for the sane. Maybe a little harsh, but this is my little revenge for the spoiled mood instead of the joyful anticipation of the rest. It turned out that we went on a "hot ticket" and read the reviews when it was already too late to change anything and was terribly upset. The mood all 4 days before departure was dead, the expectations are the worst. I'll tell you right now - I worried in vain. We had a great rest. And I realized one thing for myself, reading the reviews, you need to be able to read between the lines. Therefore, let me give you some advice for those who are as inexperienced as I was. First, look who is writing. I quote: "The manager leaves the office for freedom. Everywhere there is a deceit. There is no cleaning at all every 2 weeks ...... " A person who cannot correctly write 2 words in our time is not an authority for me. I'm sorry, honey. As for "deceit everywhere" - you will laugh. What did the person mean? Maybe they promised to marry her?
Secondly, statements like "they are poisoned by classical music during the day" - this only made me happy. Well, I love classical music, there is such a sin. Not everyone listens to rap from morning to night, there is an evening disco for this. "the music is turned off at 23.30" - yes, they keep order there, and thank God! I’ll say more: for those who want to get drunk to insensibility, burp in the bushes, jump drunk into the pool at night, risking breaking their spine and copulating at night on the beach - there’s nothing to do there. The guard goes around the beach with a patrol and chases such romantics. Others who just want to admire the stars at night have nothing to be afraid of - I admired it myself. As I understand it, the hotel management is pursuing a policy of attracting normal, healthy, respectable people to the hotel, who are their desired customers, and, by the way, the most solvent. A couple more remarks: "the water in the pool stinks of bleach" - I never smelled bleach.
The water is always changing, clean and cool, just what you need. "you can't drink tea after 23.00" - "all inclusive" - this is not a round-the-clock satisfaction of any whims, there is a schedule for the restaurant, bar and other services. Pay "other" money, go to a 5* +** hotel and demand coffee in bed there. In the village, a 3-minute walk is full of restaurants where you will be served tea at 5 in the morning. But we want to be royal for our hard-earned $300 a week and not spend a penny more. "The staff does not speak Russian (English) - the answer is the same. Guys, Russia, of course, is a big country, but not the whole world yet. If you want to speak Russian - have a rest in Sochi. By the way, the staff are the main words that are needed to make an order and knows simple requests. We have never had problems with this. The receptionist at the reception knows Russian perfectly, and more complex problems, if they suddenly arise, of course, as elsewhere, must be resolved through her.

I don't know what this man had to discuss with the waiters and maids. Maybe they wanted them to read Pushkin by heart. By the way, my husband and I communicated well with everyone using a mixture of Turkish, Russian and English words. It was interesting for us to get acquainted with their language and we carefully wrote down Tretsky words in a notebook and tried to speak with them, which invariably aroused smiles of approval and sympathy from them. Maybe that's why, by the way, they tried to narrow everything down to us that we treated people like human beings and tried to remember who's name. But they saw enough of our "boots" there with their shouts to the staff "Speak Russian! ". Honestly, very often it was a shame for ours: for low culture, for rudeness, for passion for freebies.
Now, my impressions. The hotel is small, next to 5 * hotels there are large areas with parks. It doesn't exist here. But everything is clean and tidy. Own beach nearby. This is a big +.
The furniture in the rooms is new, everything works: air conditioning, plumbing. Cleaned EVERY day without any tip. The tap water was always hot and cold at any time of the day. I have never had any problems with this. The staff is friendly, everyone is smiling. Except, however, one guy in the bar - he was rude at first, I was even going to draw the attention of the manager to him, but then he was suspended from work in the bar - apparently someone had complained before. In general, I must say, the staff there works from 5 am to 2 am like bees. The fact is that since this year the new owners have rented a hotel there. The hotel manager lives there and is in the hotel around the clock. Everything is in front of his eyes, so everywhere and in everything there is perfect order. He eats, by the way, like the rest in the restaurant, he comes up and takes food like everyone else. so draw your own conclusions about the quality of food.
everything was quite tasty: a lot of vegetables in all forms: fresh, stewed, fried, salted, a lot of greens and herbs, a large selection of dishes. From lamb meat, chicken, very tasty fried mackerel (I mostly ate it). Pork and beef were not given, but I was only glad of this: summer, hot - it's time to lean on vegetables. Consciously built nutrition and as a result even dropped a couple of kilograms. My husband ate more thoroughly, like a normal man, but not once did he say that there was nothing to eat or would be dissatisfied with the choice. People, you will not be given homemade mother's cutlets and dumplings in Turkey, if someone expects them. Be patient for 10 days. If you don’t want to put up with the national characteristics of the cuisine of another country, sit at home and eat borscht. They settled, indeed, first in a room on the -1 floor (a normal room to sleep through the night), promising that by 10 am tomorrow they would vacate places and we would be relocated.

But, I was ready for this, this can be expected when driving on a burning one. Also, realize that we do not book a specific room for ourselves, it would cost other money. And they give you what is available at the time of your arrival. We, as promised, were moved to a beautiful room overlooking the sea. True, in order not to tempt fate, we immediately paid the administrator $ 20, as we were advised back in the travel agency. For me it was absolutely no problem. But it's the same everywhere, in any hotel. By the way, maybe in your city the issues are resolved differently? No, of course, you can demand a good number for yourself and just like that, and they will most likely give you if there is a free one, but I would be sorry for the time and nerves. So guys who want to relax and not look for "fleas" will normally rest here. The hotel is quite good value for money. By the way, according to the manager, next year it will be even better here, and I believe him. What's the last thing?
Be sure to hammam on the 1st and last day. And get a massage. Spare no money. I look 10 years younger and feel great. And a little "tip" - demand the masseur Ilmas. Great guy, great massage. The rest, I think, too, nothing, but this one is just super! And here’s another one for those who may be important, who travel with children: I didn’t notice children’s animation. Animators - two Turkish guys, amused only in the evening. They speak Russian poorly, so the program is rather primitive, but the oriental dances are cool. Have a nice holiday!
