We bought a last-minute tour and, of course, read the reviews about the hotel after buying the tour, unfortunately... All the negative reviews turned out to be real, really terrible service, the hotel itself is not bad, small. For me, in some ways, this turned out to be an advantage - there are no queues anywhere, neither for food, nor for towels, sun loungers, in the elevator, and so on. The worst thing upon arrival was the accommodation in the basement rooms. They do this to everyone!! ! And it's not a fact that the proposed money will solve this problem - the staff will say - ok, tomorrow we will give a good number, but now please go to hell. It's not even about the view from the window, which, in fact, does not exist, so, something under the ceiling is glass... But dampness !! ! It was not possible to dry towels and swimwear, the room was constantly damp, the air conditioner (working properly) did not solve this problem. Having shaken the rights at the reception and with a representative of the tour operator Pegasturistic, the next day we were given a normal room with a sea view. And the rooms themselves are very decent, it’s a pity that there were no such trifles as a set of soap and shampoo, but oh well, they themselves had everything, although they could have provided it in 4 *. The food seemed normal to us, we were full, there were no poisonings, there was also a variety. The entertainment was somehow forced, there is absolutely nothing for children: no children's room, no animation, no discos, etc. Vacationers were 97% Russian, the rest - Kazakhs, Ukraine, the Turks themselves (coming for the weekend). The staff understands and speaks Russian well, only upon arrival of new tourists at the reception they pretend that they do not understand when they require a room. With the advent of the desired banknote, they "remember" about the Russian language : )
The main advantage of the hotel is the first line of the sea. Indeed, there was no need to go anywhere, go, etc. Children independently ran from the pool to the sea, and parents calmly rested and did not worry.
This hotel is intended for tourists of the age, of which there were about 50%, for inactive youth, and for families with children, but not small ones, but schoolchildren who will find entertainment for themselves. Those who do not like "sausage" and "pig" rest - do not go to this hotel, it will be very boring and dreary. And if you are self-sufficient and you do not need to be entertained every minute, then you can fly off for a week. Although, as for our family, we will never return there again : )
