I chose the hotel based on the reviews on Turpravda and I was not mistaken!
We arrived in Antalya at 14.40, I was a little surprised that only one window at the airport worked for Joint Up, all the passengers of our plane stood in this queue, many of them with small children, of course, no distance and masks, on the street +40! We arrived at the hotel in about an hour, settled almost immediately, waited 40 minutes while filling out the documents! I really liked the reception staff - polite, attentive, friendly, there was not even a hint of extortion, which was a very pleasant surprise and for which we thanked them the next day!
The rooms were given nearby, as we requested, since we were three families! I didn’t like the color of the buildings after the renovation a little - they are dark brown-gray, in the previous photos they looked more cheerful, they were light! The rooms are clean, after renovation, everything is brand new, everything works! True, the air conditioner turns itself off when you open the door, entrance or balcony, somehow so cleverly done! If you close it quickly, it turns on by itself, if not, you need to turn it on again only after closing the doors!

One significant drawback is that when booking it was indicated that the type of food is Ultra All Inclusive and the mini-bar, in fact - just All Inclusive, in the mini-bar - only water, 1 liter! We did not count on alcohol, but juices and drinks in such a heat would not hurt, especially in a 5-star hotel, which Sailors has become this season! Well, let's go to the market, we bought and installed it ourselves, the issue was resolved! Of the small drawbacks - there is no handle on the balcony on the back side, that is, you need to open and close the door by pressing your hands tightly against the glass, the door is sliding! Tip for the hotel staff: attach handles, it is very difficult to open with wet hands, it is almost impossible for a child! And another drawback is that there are no air conditioners in the corridors of the buildings or they don’t work, it’s very stuffy, but maybe they were just turned off!
There are practically no comments on nutrition, everything is fresh and tasty, my child even ate soups, this is an indicator for us, the food is not spicy, the choice was, but small, since there were not very many people. On August 10, noticeably more people were added, as the Russians arrived and the choice became a little larger. The kitchen workers put the food on the plates themselves, but this did not create big delays, there were practically no queues, maybe a little at the grill! It was a little annoying that each dish was put on a separate plate, that is, there were five plates per person on the table - separately meat, side dish, salad, sausage cheese, vegetables, snacks, etc. If you approached the vegetable table with a plate in your hands, on which meat is already lying, then they won’t put vegetables on your plate, they will give you a new one, I don’t know why, I had to go several times! But everyone had time, the tables were cleaned, the cutlery was in paper packages, the dishes were clean, rubbed to a shine, the waiters were friendly, polite, nimble, in general, well done! The bars were all open, the food and drinks were good, there was also a patisserie!
The animation worked, the animators were good, guest artists performed in the evenings!
The sea is just a delight, warm, clean, beautiful, entering and exiting the water can cause discomfort a little, I was in slippers, everyone went barefoot without any problems! The beach is clean, the sunbeds are new, there were enough sunbeds everywhere, I was a little surprised that the mattresses on the sunbeds were also put only for the arrival of the Russians. But the beds are mesh, so it was fine without mattresses! Well, maybe they were just brought to the hotel in general, it just so happened, because on the same days they installed racks with indicators of where to be, mounted letters with the name of the buildings, and in buildings B and C they also washed and cleaned the rooms after repairs!

The territory of the hotel is small, the central alley and on the sides along it there are two buildings, two meters behind the buildings there are already fences, but it is clean, well-groomed, green, maybe a little more flowering shrubs, some highlights, the so-called insta-zones for photos , just a green lawn, some flowers and tall trees, but I think it's still in progress! The nature itself is very beautiful there!
In general, we really liked the hotel, it is quiet, calm and family-friendly, which is what we wanted, cleanliness and deliciousness are also up to standard!
