1. Hotel: upon arrival we were immediately settled (they didn’t give money at all), although we arrived in the morning around 10:00, but we rejoiced early when we went up to the room, it had no balcony (but everything worked (cond, clean, hairdryer, mountain water . , cold constantly, tv with Russian channel. , the room is not large in size) after complaints, in response they heard that there were no rooms available with balconies, you will spend the night in the morning we will relocate. The next day I had to repeatedly approach the administrator with a reminder of the relocation, ( and it turned out that you can’t go to the sea, and you can’t sit by the pool, you sit on your bags waiting for the resettlement team. ) We moved in the evening to a 2-room suite with a huge balcony, we liked the big room, but we didn’t live in it for a long time, after a few days, we were moved back (they explained this by the fact that a family of 4 people was coming) to a standard room with a balcony, where we already lived until the end of our vacation. They never gave us money, but I got a little tired of moving. Bed and towels are not changed never, the room was cleaned every day. I recommend: before taking the key and running with bags to the room, first look at it (is there a balcony, does the air conditioner work, hair dryer, TV, does water flow from the toilet!! ! (We also had such a problem, it was not possible to sleep from the noise, it was good that it lasted only 1 night. ) 2. Restaurant: there are no sweets at all, my girlfriend had nothing to eat, I ate what I had, from morning cutting to lunch and salads were made in the evening, there was meat, but 1 person 1 piece, no additives, the same with fish, fruits: only watermelon and melons, constantly queues, in general food for 3, well, yes, cats climb anywhere, maybe in a plate. 3. The location of the hotel in terms of entertainment: clubs, restaurants, bars, shops is very cool - the center. 4. Sea: the bus runs according to the schedule, but the beach is even schifi paid $ 1, go min 10, but before that they can collect beachgoers from the nearest hotels and you drive another 10 min, you can of course not go to schifi beach, but walk min 7 to other people's beaches, but this is also paid, (once paid times are free, as when). 5. Territory: yes, it doesn’t exist at all, the building, the canteen and the pool are all. I do not recommend to go there with children, and the elderly will go crazy. (there will be nothing to do) there is no animation, the music yells until 2 am, it will simply not be possible to sleep. in the evening, young people are walking near the bar, so the noise, vacationers repeatedly complained to the director of the hotel, but there was no sense. Recommend the hotel more to young people. In general, despite the minuses, we really liked to relax because we did not go for amenities, but across the sea, discos, and festivities, and we also met a group of cheerful people and rested with them together. But I won't go to Shifik a second time.
