I'll start with the good:
1) Location: around the mountain, a beautiful view from almost any room (unless you get a room with a view of the hotel wall opposite, there are not many of them, but they are).
2) Room: it must be Standard + we got it on the third attempt for an additional fee of 5 € per day, not much, given that the difference compared to the Standard room is really significant.
This is where the pros of this hotel end, now what I didn’t like:
1) The attitude of the staff, the negative began immediately upon arrival, problems with the settlement (we waited 6 hours for the settlement in the room), after which they changed the room twice more.

In the room, namely in the shower room, it constantly stank of smoke due to the fact that the neighbors were smoking, cigarette smoke entered the room through the ventilation, one night they woke up with a headache, as the whole room was in smoke, to requests to resolve this issue, the hotel administration reacted with the word “good”, as a result, we were simply frozen, two appeals were ignored.
2) Food: if you are a lover of food leading to cancer cells, then this is the place for you!!!
Fried potatoes in circles, fried potatoes in wedges, french fries, sausages in boiling oil, liver in boiling oil, sausages fried in breadcrumbs, fish burnt on the grill, not fried, namely burnt, I had to eat rice all 6 days and enjoy unwashed vegetables and unpeeled tomatoes.
3) Room service: out of habit, I left it for tea, for the first time they made the bed, after 2 days when cleaning was already required, I left it for tea again in the hope that they would wash the floor and at least change the towels, but the maid came in, took the tip and tucked the bedspread on beds and took out the trash. . . that's it!! ! For 5 days and two cleanings, we made the bed twice ((
We even found the maid and asked to clean it normally, since she took the money... but in response she said: “it’s too late, I’ll clean tomorrow” it was at 15.00))) we cleaned ourselves and went for new towels ourselves.
4) Audibility in the rooms!! ! A separate topic, I heard enough of coughing all night, and sneezing and swearing couples... I will miss the details...
5) The hotel's beach - in short, like herrings in a barrel, you can't even stand between the sun loungers, it's very dirty and not comfortable.
6) The territory of the hotel is small, cozy, walking only outside the territory!
7) Dining room - not designed for the full filling of the hotel, if the hotel is full and everyone comes to dinner at the same time, then you will have to fight at the table)))
8) Add. services: I wanted to go to the sauna or hamam in the evening, it turned out that it was until 17.00, why is it needed at all, it’s not clear ((but it’s free!
The hotel has clearly gone through its best times, even the updated rooms will not improve the situation, although there are only 20% of them in the hotel, if you take the Standard rooms, then this is a completely different story.
I won't go again and don't recommend it.
