We have been going on vacation with my daughter and nanny for six years already, twice a year, mainly to Turkey, once to Greece, Croatia and Egypt. As a rule, club fives, once they were in the top four.
This year, the deadlines were running out, we had to go urgently, we chose the Simena ***** hotel in Camyuva. Read the reviews, like nothing. A trip for three for 9 days cost something around $1.500. The flight back was inconvenient, at 8.20 in the morning, but I agreed to that too.
Departing from Kyiv at 13.30, we reached the hotel (which is an hour's drive from the airport) by 9 pm, barely having time for dinner. Well, of course, a group transfer, well, luggage was not issued for a very long time (about an hour! ) But the driver on the road three times asked the way from passers-by and other drivers! We circled, looped, searched. . . At the beginning of the trip, the Tezturovsky guide said that he had been without sleep and rest for the third day, and therefore he would not tell us about the country. Well, I don’t care about kagbe, but there are people who flew for the first time!

The next day, at a meeting with the hotel guide, he beat himself in the chest, warning us, God forbid, not to buy tickets on the street, otherwise the yacht sank on the third day, people died... Again, I have been hearing these horror stories for a year, but I have already written about the professionalism of the Teztur staff above. Of course, we went with another agency, which I can recommend with a clear conscience: Rom Travel, a good new bus, ac-driver, guide Rustam, a historian by education, told a lot and interestingly all the way, in good Russian. A ticket for two adults cost us $45, a child of 7 years old traveled for free. I would have to pay 55 dollars for a Teztur for an adult and 45 for a child.
The hotel is a separate story. Kilometer-long queues for meat and fish, a restaurant that does not accommodate everyone, my child returned several times with an empty plate - even she cannot eat pasta three times a day for a week in a row, and apart from boiled vegetables, which she does not eat, there is practically no choice. . . They saved gozleme cakes with ayran; unfortunately, I just couldn’t have raw vegetables, they were just enough. Fruits included apples and oranges, green plums and several times watermelon. This is despite the fact that now is the season of strawberries and cherries. But - the sun, the gentle sea, it all saved, of course, although the beach is frankly tiny. But, given the love of our compatriots for relaxing by the pool, there was enough space for us. I can’t help but praise the excellent professional peeling massage, I always do it upon arrival, not rest. In Simena, he is one of the best, they make two Thais and one Turk.
But the full apofigee was on the day of departure. Despite the fact that the flight was scheduled for 8.20, the bus arrived for us at 3.50! I was driving and thinking: well, it can’t be that they have the conscience to take us to a candy store on the way (whoever drove knows - a big store near the airport, where everything is with a crazy extra charge, but this is like the last opportunity to buy sweets and souvenirs ). We are already entering the territory of the airport, I was ashamed that I thought badly about Teztura, then the guide was called, he said that the flight was delayed for 2 hours. We ask you to leave us at the airport - no, he cannot leave us (although there are Teztour employees at the airport), in case we get lost and miss our flight (! ), so he will take us to a restaurant. Everyone perked up, the time is 6 in the morning, the lunch packages from the hotel do not promise anything interesting - well, we think, at least we will drink coffee. We were brought to the caravanserai - literally, there is a parking lot, there are tables on it from the heels of the Tezturovsky buses and, it seems, Pegasus, there is no restaurant, but there is - who guessed? - candy store. And there are industrious Turks in it, ready to offer their simple goods to the suffering. Apparently, a coffee machine acted as a restaurant.
To say I was angry is an understatement. At least I slept in my arms, there were children who did not succeed. But the funny thing is that when we did go to the airport two hours later, we almost missed the flight (and, by the way, our guide left us literally on the doorstep and certainly did not accompany us to the check-in counter). Well, what if we didn’t have time to buy something in their store! Of course, we didn’t see any dyutiks anymore, we were driven to the flight (which was later delayed again, but we didn’t know about it).

I will not go with Teztur again. The prices are getting higher, the quality is getting lower.
