I will deliberately not compare the hotel with others and will try to state only the facts, without my personal opinion. I’ll start with the good things, although speaking about the green and well-groomed territory and the beautiful entry into the sea and the purity of the sea, it’s even inconvenient to praise the hotel staff, to maintain the natural beauty, which is the hallmark of the hotel, is the direct responsibility of the staff of any hotel, and even more so a five-star . Now for the not-so-nice stuff:
1. Very small standard rooms, just surprisingly small, the two of them are not so critical, but the extra bed does not fit at all. Rooms in the 700s are much larger, but if you get a room with a view of the neighboring hotel, the noise from the generator and the view of the back rooms are guaranteed around the clock. The lighting in the rooms is simply no, in the bathroom as well.
2. About the main restaurant.
The absence of fans on the open veranda is surprising, because the main part of the seats falls on the veranda, the layout of the restaurant itself is surprising in general, the main dishes are on the street, at the entrance, with regards to vegetables, salads and other snacks, it’s not very hygienic. Regarding additional snacks during the day - Sun Gastro Street - the staff does not use disposable gloves, everything is served with bare hands. Sun Patisserie - Ice cream is also served without gloves. The most pleasant impression in this row is from Kemer Grill & Snack, as well as from the cafe in the billiard room, clean, cool.
3. Service. Room cleaning consists in changing towels (if you leave them on the floor, of course). The presence of untidy waiters (stains on clothes and trousers that do not fit are completely unacceptable). Cleanliness of dishes, bath and beach towels leaves much to be desired.
4. Beach. Very uncomfortable beach umbrellas, do not protect from the sun.
As for my personal perception, I didn’t really like the presence of a fence separating the beach from the rest of the territory and paths in the territory, painted red.
