1. We checked in at 15:30. We were greeted with champagne and very friendly, but warned that the hotel was overcrowded and the choice of rooms was "tight", although the tour operator stipulated that we needed the first floor (I move with a cane). But the issue was resolved.
We were 3 people, a standard room with an extra bed. We were given an extra bed only after 3! call to reception at 20:40
2. Room cleaning (regardless of whether you leave money or not), takes place at 15:00-16:00. Very sluggish, the stock of gels and toilet paper is not always replenished (it is necessary to check and remind). During the entire stay (9 days) vacuumed only once. But we were not dirty and we "did not twitch. "

3. The furniture is tired, the air conditioner blows directly on the bed.
4. The staff does not understand Russian (for the most part), but does not speak English (the daughter speaks English well). I'm talking about the cleaning staff. . .
5. In a restaurant at dinner, the waiter turned the juices on the table and all the dishes, dousing them from head to toe, so no one even apologized, let alone offer to put the clothes in order. We did not complain, it was a pity even for a young boy. I was very frightened, I washed everything in the room myself.
6. It's a "don't care" holiday! Our personal towel and pareo were stolen from our sun lounger! Searched for 2 days. We thought someone from the staff took it (they collect things every few days and put them at the reception), you come and pick them up, as many can forget or lose.
Two days before departure, changes were felt. Everyone became somehow more dynamic, more active. The restaurant staff has changed. The waiters are very polite and efficient. Service in cafes and bars is an order of magnitude higher (cocktails are not from one ice (non-alcoholic)).
It seemed to us that the staff of a completely different level came to replace.
The holiday didn't spoil anything for us.
