As it turned out, on arrival, almost all the reviews were true.
We arrived early in the morning at about 07:00, at the reception we immediately fixed the bracelets that turned out to be rag (this somehow alerted us) and sent us to the restaurant for breakfast, saying that they would check us into the room at about 10:00.
Our happiness knew no bounds, the food in the restaurant was at a high level, the choice of dishes, drinks, service, and so on, everything was as in the reviews.
The pool, the beach and the sea are the same beyond praise!
It was 10:00 and we went to get the keys to the room, they were given pretty quickly, they didn’t offer money, because we know from experience that you first need to see what they give, and only then negotiate. Uploaded our items to email. mobile and took us around the territory to our room.
The territory is really large and all in vegetation, but in my opinion it is useless because the main two buildings are the reception and the main restaurant in a place with two pools, they take up very little space, but basically I would call them two-story buildings pretty much the same throughout the territory shabby, seemingly unsightly with wooden bars on small square windows, more reminiscent of prison barracks and decided to hide all their shortcomings with vegetation, and it almost succeeded, if you don’t get close to them, in principle, as they look in the photo.
But when we got up and opened the door of our room at number 366, which was on the second floor, and saw where we were, it was not just a shock, it was a “kapets”.
The front door has long rotted on rusty hinges.
The door to the bathroom, just like all the furniture in this room, needs to be thrown into the trash, the first time I saw something that turns out to be wooden furniture made of chipboard, in order to prolong its service, you can paint it with simple paint and more than once and get new furniture!
Long izsharkannye and sometimes spattered with paint and whitewash the floor in the bathroom from once marble tiles is a masterpiece.
A hastily installed, apparently not long ago, replaced shower cabin by some ass-handed or hand-assed repairman, whose doors under no circumstances did not move completely, which allowed the water to pour out and flood the floor enough when taking a shower, which then had to be covered with towels - this is level 5 *.
The semi-closet 70 cm wide is the only one in a double room, this is a class.
Hastily painted walls and ceiling plinths, once already yellowed in places, are a horror. Floor wooden plinths are generally not painted in places and have long rotted.
Separate respect to the amazing air conditioner (really working), namely to the one who came up with the idea of attaching an iron grate at the air outlet, which does not allow cold air to blow on those sleeping on the bed, but due to the temperature difference, condensation formed on it quickly enough dripping straight down onto the desk, where documents, passports, etc. could lie ...an original decision (at least they warned).
You can list many more shortcomings, but we have never been in such a room even in Russia.
Naturally, we went to the reception to talk kindly about changing the room, but after a friendly conversation it turned out that the standard room we paid for in two-storey buildings was all in this condition (well, you want to tell us because the hotel is over 20 years old), it’s a little better to have family rooms in three storey buildings, but they turned out to be all booked and they didn’t even want to offer us a replacement for them for any money, there are also villas with pools and presidential apartments in this hotel, but the announced price tag for them immediately sobered us up and sent us to our standard room.
The rest went very well, the sun, the sea, the beach, the pool, and with the number all the tk and not the princes and not the muleners got used to the number.
Apparently, people who wrote reviews and returned to this hotel more than once did not rest in these rooms.
