Stayed at this hotel for the first time. Some of the reviews were very frightening, but still decided, because. he was recommended to us by friends. Family vacation, 2 adults and a 3 year old.
We arrived at the hotel at about 15.16, settled immediately, the room was given on the first floor, they did not change, because. everything suits us. The minibar was full, 2 cans of beer, sweet drinks, iced tea and some water. Replenished every day. Also in the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cups are also replenished. At our request, they brought the child a separate bed, there was enough space in the room. The staff is very friendly and benevolent (we have something to compare with, this is not the first time in Turkey), but we ourselves are never rude. The territory is huge and surrounded by greenery, very beautiful.
The food is excellent, I always found something to feed the child, and my husband, who does not eat meat, also had something to eat. For a week a couple of times there were seafood. There were many fruits (watermelons, melons, cherries, apples, pears, oranges, grapes, peaches, apricots, plums). When we were there, the kids restaurant and some other food locations were not open yet.
Our wedding anniversary was on vacation and they brought us wine, fruit and other goodies to our room. Nice! )

But we told the reception and they quickly came and fixed the problem. It was the same with the mini-bar, when it stopped freezing, they respond very quickly to requests and fix problems. So I would put 10 for this. In another hotel in Turkey, I had to walk 10 times and be reminded of everything.
Our room cleaning was excellent, a smart woman cleaned every day, changed everything. Once the child was sleeping, I asked not to clean, but she insisted at least change the towels.
There is animation, but, apparently, quarantine has made adjustments. My daughter loved making pizza in the mini club. From 20.22 the amusement park is open and at 20.30 mini-disco.
For adults, there are also exercises or other activities in the morning, and disco in the evenings until 23.00.

Rest were satisfied. We will gladly return to this hotel.
