We rested in Simena Sun Club from May 27 to June 03. We went from the company TezTour from Riga. The tour operator did a great job. We got to the hotel in less than an hour. Then the guide from the bus handed us over to the hotel guide Ekaterina, who immediately filled out the questionnaire for us and pointed to the front desk. Many thanks to Tata for a wonderful resettlement! I asked if it was possible to get into a larger room, because we were with a 10-year-old child. Tata immediately called someone and literally in a couple of minutes we had the keys to the room in the annex building in our hands. There really was plenty of room. In addition, instead of a shower, there was a bathtub. A trifle, but nice.
The territory of the hotel is a large flowering garden, which is constantly looked after.
Our room was next to the playground, but no noise disturbed. It is simply amazing how calmly the children behaved, although there were quite a few of them. Screams were heard only when some of the children were pulled out of the pool.

The food was top notch. Lamb, veal, turkey, chicken, fish. I am a meat eater, for me the presence of meat was very important. Enough fruits and sweets. Much has been written about nutrition. Indeed, you won't go hungry. By the way, the waiters are very helpful and smart. As soon as you sit down at the table, they immediately come up and offer drinks. Empty plates also quickly disappear from the table. It seems that they are training before the start of the “hot” season. We sat constantly at the same table, the waiters were all different. Apparently, they have their own rotation.
Turkish cuisine on Tuesdays, Mediterranean cuisine on Fridays. In principle, you can not go to a la carte. We did go to the Mediterranean, where, in addition, there is also an Italian menu (we took it for a child, there are more familiar dishes). Didn't see anything special in the restaurant. We weren't offered a menu, so we didn't have a choice. You serve cold appetizers yourself, and they do not differ from the main restaurant. Hot appetizer - squid rings or pizza (Italian menu). They brought some kind of fish for hot (I don’t remember the name, but definitely not the swordfish that was on the menu) and a chicken for the child. Dessert, too, you choose yourself from standing on a separate table. Dessert, with a few exceptions, also coincides with the main restaurant. So you can go there for the sake of variety, but just don't expect anything special. Then you can have a nice evening, which we did.
I really liked the animation. Guys, you are great!! ! The warm atmosphere of the hotel is also your merit. Did not leave indifferent the club dance, which is danced at least 5 times a day. On our arrival, every day more and more children and adults joined the animation team to dance. In general, it seems that animation is gaining momentum every day. From the evening animation, we got to the Turkish night, a circus performance, a dance show, Chinese gymnasts. I liked that the animation was not intrusive. If you say firmly “I don’t want to”, then no one will drag you anywhere. We played boccia, my husband participated in games by the pool, my daughter and I went to water aerobics almost every day.
Rest near the mountains has its own peculiarity - it gets dark very early. By nine in the evening it is completely dark and the lights are on. People in anticipation of the evening show moves closer to the pool bar. I liked that we did not see a single drunken person, although there was plenty of alcohol. Everything is very cultural. In our race there were many Russians, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Germans, Poles.

So we rested just for glory, in a cozy, homely atmosphere. It was very sad to leave.
I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone (except for those who like to hang out until the morning) and have a wonderful holiday!
