Just returned from Turkey (we rested from 30.09 to 7.10) and really want to share with
your impressions. Immediately I apologize for the long post), but I want to describe the whole trip.

Road:
We went from Kharkov by bus to Kyiv (Borispol), Gunsel there - everything is ok (air conditioning, tea, coffee in the bus) back Autolux - air conditioning does not work, we thought we would cook even in October, but imagine 8 hours with closed windows without ventilation. UIA Airlines (UIA) - everything is OK. Scheduled departures, Boing747 planes are fresh, the plane is clean, the flight attendants are also fresh)) the food is in order, beer, wine, tea, in general, it’s not a shame in front of foreigners) Do not compare with the Rose of the Winds with its corn.

Weather:

Super! ! ! I did not think that at the end of September, beginning of October, there would be such good weather. All the days are sunny (the rain was 1 time and then blind), during the day it is hot 30-35C, but the sun does not bake, so we sunbathed without fear, we did not get sunburn. The water in the sea is 26C, warmer than in the pool.
In the evening, it’s generally excellent, the trowels (sports sweaters), which we took for fear of the cold, were worn only once, and then because of the wind. As I understand it, in the Kemer region, such weather is normal in October.

Hotel
We are in Simene for the 2nd time (were in June 2010).
Food:
quite diverse despite the lack of seafood, delicacies and the constancy of the ingredients, the Turks managed to change the menu every day. There was enough. Meat (chicken, lamb, turkey) is constantly in different variations, and almost every day something new. It's a pity the fish are few 1-2 meals a day. There are plenty of fruits and sweets too.
Soy sausages slipped somewhere, fresh is also diluted, but otherwise everything is always fresh and quite tasty. Of course, in 9 days I got tired of their cuisine a lot, I wanted a normal borscht with bacon and garlic and a beer with dried fish, and my stomach began to ache from the spicy one.
This year, the Turks have added another cafe near the pool with slides, where you can eat from 11-00 to 18-00, and the food is different from that given in the main restaurant and in the cafe, so there is no connection to the meal schedule at all. And a bar with ice cream was added (now you can also taste it from 11 to 18) and with sweets (from 12 to 18) - my wife and I really liked it.

The drinks:
Wise with experience, we bought a supply of alcohol in Duty Free. But honestly, if you do not abuse Turkish substitutes, you could do without it. Yes, the quality of wine is our Tamyanka in its cheap version, the beer is normal, but if you sort out the head it will be like that of Pinocchio, cognac is like tincture, whiskey is like high-quality moonshine, but drink some water from it - take a walk. The bar serves cocktails, quite tolerable. In short, if you want to enjoy drinks, and not stupidly drink, take it with you, I personally try not to buy wine cheaper than 50 UAH ($ 6).

I really liked Turkish coffee, this year you can drink it from 10-00 to 21-00.
Cola, fanta all sorts of yupi everywhere and everywhere)

Animation:
6 animators work - all day long games (water polo, volleyball), gymnastics, all sorts of fun, in general, neither children nor adults get bored. In the evening for the children there is a mini disco though every day is the same but the children really like it. For adults, the evening program is different every time a couple of times even very interesting. Once a week they have a Turkish night - special dishes for dinner, belly dancing, a mini bazaar comes to the hotel.

Territory:
Very large, everything is green, well-groomed beautiful. Even a simple walk through this park brought me great aesthetic pleasure.

Excursion:
We went to Pammukale for 1 day. Departure at 4-00 returned at 22-00. ($85 from the nose) I liked it very much in Pammukale - super pictures. Cleopatra's pool with thermal waters and the ancient city are also super.
Although it takes only 3 hours to go in one direction about mountain serpentines (I do not advise taking children), it is very interesting to take a look at Turkey with a parallel story of the guide. A very big minus is that on the way the enterprising Turks brought us to either a textile center or a workshop where they make some kind of crap out of stone like onyx, then wine tasting, it took 4 hours for all this Turkish shopping. As a result, we bought wine in duty free $ 10 cheaper than we were offered almost from a wine barrel, and pomegranate tea, which everyone liked so much at the tasting, turned out to be an ordinary powder with dye and flavors. Yes, the Turks really have everything inclusive and kickbacks to tour operators are also included in the price))

Conclusion: for the money that the Simena Sun Club takes, the rest in this hotel is at a very high level. For example, holidays in Amare Dolche Vita or Akka antedon will be 50% higher.

And it is a pity that our beloved Crimea is not even close in terms of price / quality ratio Simena family-type hotel for a quiet, relaxing holiday with the whole family.

I hope my review helps someone and have a nice holiday!
