Gorgeous, great, wonderful!! ! People who are not even satisfied with such hotels, a huge request to you: immediately write the name of the hotels that you like, only, of course, of the same price category. Everything is relative!!!
We returned 3 days ago, still impressed! We traveled as a family of three: mother (me), father and daughter of 7 years old. Everyone was delighted. I started choosing a hotel in February, I studied everything in great detail, and first of all, the reviews on Turpravda helped me. Thanks everyone! I am very glad that we booked and paid for the tour in advance, because we got a good discount for early booking. We went from TEZ TUR. The organization of the trip is excellent. Meeting at the airport, transfer in a good air-conditioned bus. On the way, a girl from TezTour spoke interestingly about Turkey.
Room: Settled in a room on the first floor. The rooms are really small in size. For the child, they gave a folding bed, we placed it right next to the balcony and the double bed so that the balcony door could hardly open. But we spent a minimum of time in the room, so its small size did not have much time to strain us. In addition, this shortcoming was more than compensated for by the following: good daily cleaning of the room, daily change of towels, a good balcony with a table, chairs, a clothes dryer and an excellent view of the courtyard with greenery and birds, in which vacationers constantly came to take pictures. There is a safe in the room, a bar, which is replenished 1 time in 2 days: one and a half liter bottles of fanta, cola, water, a can of beer and a bottle of light beer. And also a lot of all sorts of pleasant things: disposable shampoos, soaps, hats, slippers, a comb, even a nail file.

Hotel and Grounds: The hotel consists of many two-story villas that are arranged in a semi-circle, creating patios that are very quiet, beautiful and cozy. The territory is large enough. Green extraordinary! Flowers, flowers, flowers that are constantly being watered automatically and very smelly. In one of the courtyards there is a fountain, a pool with fish, toads and turtles. In the same courtyard, several hammocks are stretched over trees, unfortunately we did not find time to lie on them. On the territory in several places there are stands with maps of the territory, where everything is described in great detail.
Unpleasantly surprised by the absence of an iron in the hotel. I went in the hope of taking an iron for an hour and ironing everything. It wasn’t there, they won’t give you an iron anywhere. This service is paid, and it’s not you who will iron, but the aunt from the hotel. The price list for ironing is on the table. The prices are not small: ironing a skirt, shirt - 4 euros or 6 dollars, a suit - 8 euros, etc. By the way, looking ahead, I’ll say that on the first or second of the days a girl approached us - an employee of the hotel’s holiday relations department, introduced herself and said that her job was to collect the opinions of vacationers about the rest and the hotel. She asked our impressions, we absolutely praised everything, but the issue with the iron was voiced. She asked for our room number, explained that in their hotel an iron is not given to vacationers, however, she assured that she would definitely do something for us, in general she was encouraging, but........ , she never appeared with this question again)))) In general, we hung things on trempel, fortunately, that there were about 10 of them in the closet, and due to the high humidity, they sagged))))))). But if this question is fundamental to someone, keep this in mind.
Climate: Hot, all days were 38-39, and 4 days it reached 42-44 in the sun. Very high humidity, especially in the evening. It is very felt when you lie down on the bed, and it is damp, a little bit, but it is felt. After an evening walk, moisture is felt all over the body. But for me it was very comfortable, I felt great. I have a child with adenoids since childhood, he is breathing heavily. In the Crimea, she feels well, but Kemer suffered just fine: no snot or heavy breathing. This is for moms. And also given that the very salty sea, which is useful for children with ENT diseases, is also a plus. It never rained. Once there were peals of thunder and lightning on the horizon, very beautiful, for an hour I watched the entire hotel on the beach. It wasn't windy either. All the time very even weather with a warm calm sea.
Sea: no words!!!!! ! Were on the Azov, Black, Adriatic, but the Mediterranean is something! Gently turquoise, warm, affectionate, magical. Clean-clean. In the hotel in several places there are boards with the temperature of the air, the water in the sea and the water in the pool. The sea all the days was 27 degrees. The beauty! A huge plus of the hotel is entertainment on the water (of course, it's free - everything is included)))). We walked along the beach in both directions from the hotel, we have not seen this in any other hotel. They float on the water (nailed to the bottom): two rafts made of plastic, quite large, on which 15 people can stay at the same time, swim 50 meters from the shore to them, climb the ladder and you can lie down, sunbathe, or sit and chat with your legs, or jump in water. In addition, there are 2 rubber trampolines in the water: for both adults and children, two inflatable swings. There are three canoes - free of charge too, you just need to watch for it to take it, people after riding pass it to each other. Those who scold the entrance to the sea never cease to amaze me: well, what is better in the Crimea or in Sochi? I’m picky only to the Sea of Azov)))) Yes, pebbles, but very large cobblestones must have been removed, there are wooden paths around, there are 2 or 3 paths in the sea with handrails, which are probably intended for children and the elderly, but they were actively used by everyone who wanted to. Although it is always more pleasant for me to go into the sea in a natural way. The sea is deep. Three or four steps and deep. But even at a depth you can see the bottom. Very clean.

Beach: we did not see a longer one when walking along the neighboring beaches, it is very large both in length and in width. Neat, tidy, clean. It is cleaned both during the day and in the evening, all the sunbeds are washed, the paths are vacuumed.
Swimming pools: there are two for adults, large, good, warm, the temperature is 32 degrees, like swimming in a bath)))). Near one - constantly animation. The second one is for those who want to have a quiet rest)))). The third one is with slides: 3 different slides (mini-aqua park) where both children and adults ride. And a couple of pools - for the little ones. A huge umbrella is installed over one of the Malyshov pools, which creates a constant shadow for the kids - a very nice little thing. Of the pleasant things, I liked the fact that frozen towels are worn along the beach for cooling, they are very cold and smell very pleasant. Towels for pools and the beach are issued on a personalized card with a barcode, which is issued upon check-in along with bracelets. You can change to clean ones every day. The fact that the reviews constantly criticize the manner of our people to occupy sunbeds in the morning, I personally do not understand. I am sure that those who criticize the most are the first to run to borrow. Why be so indignant, isn't it easier to take it for granted. Some want to lie in bed until 10 in the morning, and also to have places later. Get up early, take a walk and borrow, but how else? It's not that there are not enough sunbeds, their mass both on the beach and near the pool cannot be counted. It's just that everyone is looking for a place convenient for himself personally and takes it. It is often criticized that the towel lies all day, but there are no people. Well, so what, lie like tied to him? The whole point is that you were not too lazy, got up early and took your favorite place for the whole day and you can safely return to it at any time. That's the way it should be. We and many others left things on the sunbeds, everything was always in place. By the way, on our arrival, we watched as a whole car of new sunbeds was brought to the hotel, probably even more vacationers were expected.
Animation Entertainment: there are sooo many animators - both adults and children. Water games in the pool, beach volleyball, darts, shooting range, water polo, water aerobics, step aerobics. For children: daily evening mini-disco, some games during the day, cartoons in Russian in the evening. To be honest, my little one did not like the animation very much, it was for children. I, too, animators for adults seemed more active and groovy. The girls were young, there were a lot of them, 5-6 people, but they were somehow sleepy, without a spark, they didn’t light it. The kids club is located in a house with 3 or 4 rooms, quite spacious. In one - games, in the other - tables for drawing, there is also a stove, the children baked pizza, cookies, then they themselves ate them. The third room has a TV with pillows on the floor for evening cartoons.
Vacationers and language barrier: according to my observations, out of 100 percent of vacationers: 50% Russians, 20% Turks, 10% Germans, 10% Ukrainians (like us), 10% - Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and so on. All animators speak several languages at the same time, duplicating the same phrase, it is very interesting to listen to: Russian, then the same in Turkish, German. Children's animators are all Russian-speaking. The staff does not all know Russian, our maid did not understand a word. At the reception - they know so-so, the animators are much better. Walking around the village, where there is trade, they were constantly surprised at the knowledge of Russian by the Turks. The trading people know Russian. Sometimes we were simply amazed at the Russian language from the Turks with almost no accent, we always made a compliment and asked how it happened: and in such cases it always turned out that a person either lived for a long time in Ukraine-Russia, or has relatives there.

As for vacationers: I often come across the phrase in reviews that someone is ashamed of their compatriots. I don't know, I wasn't ashamed. Compatriots as compatriots. It’s clear that different things happen on vacation, there someone quarreled over a place occupied by a towel, someone behaves noisily there - well, what’s wrong with that, people are like people, and children are like children, they poured it there, they yelled that Naturally, it's not ugly. We did not see anything shocking from ours. The Germans, of course, are more restrained, they like to sit in a bar, it seems that everyone is constantly being watched. And the Turks, like the Slavs, are noisy, loud, in general, natural.
Attendants: almost all the staff are men, women are mostly maids, all the rest are young guys. There are a lot of them on the territory, but they all work quietly, quickly and imperceptibly. They run like ants. Only there was garbage, already gone. They are everywhere - on the beach, near the pools. But they are completely invisible. The cleanliness all around is amazing. No one from the service staff ever makes any remarks to vacationers. Silently approached, removed, corrected, replaced, left. Managers walk around the territory (they differ in costumes) and constantly “build” all the staff (both literally and figuratively)))). All service personnel of the Crimea, as well as the owners of the Crimean hotels here for an internship!!!!! ! Of course, our hotels are far from Turkish service (for the same money)))). Once upon a time in Crimea, when we were told: “How do you behave, no one else will come to you, ” they answered: “Don’t come, others will” - this is the motto of our Crimean service....
Let's go back to Turkey!
Food: people who criticize the food in Simena, answer what do you eat at home? Lobsters, foie gras, white shark, something else? Yes, it was not, everything else was!!! ! Tasty, varied, in 12 days you don’t even have time to try everything. Criticize salads? That's bullshit. Everything is fresh, pleasing to the eye and taste. Several times I saw how the chef personally (he has a badge on his chest) went and checked that everything was there, at his click the guys ran and changed and added what he told them, and even removed lettuce leaves, which, probably, in his opinion, they were not quite the same. Cold appetizers - at least 20 types, meat dishes and side dishes - no less. Buns and bread - that's something, the choice is huge. Delicious steamed vegetables. Meat and vegetables are constantly fried on the grill, delicious, they smell like a fire. The children's table is excellent, except for the children's - there is a diet food table, where side dishes are clean without seasonings (for example, rice or boiled potatoes, pasta), boiled chicken. Desserts - a lot, fruits, vegetables. Awesome Turkish watermelons, delicious; cherries, melons, peaches. What else is needed???

Criticism of food in this hotel is complete nonsense. Don't even read. Write where it is better to eat food, it is very interesting what it can be. Yes, their soups are not the same as in our understanding of soups, but so what? Is there anything else to eat besides soups? We did not even try to try them, the view was unsightly)))). But milk porridge: semolina, oatmeal - they looked great. But their yogurts are also not quite the same, or rather not at all what we call yogurts, they have delicious treats.
By the way, in one of the reviews it was written that the main restaurant can be called a canteen, since there were not even tablecloths. I don’t know, we had tablecloths, they were constantly changed, they were clean. Very nice place, there are tables both outdoors and indoors. No canteen. The service is wonderful too. Yes, sometimes they came later and the tables in the chosen place were occupied, but there were a lot of people, and there was constant movement, immediately someone began to rise, the waiter ran up, quickly changed the tablecloths, laid out the cutlery. Sometimes I had to call and ask. Everything is done quickly and with a mandatory smile. There were no queues for dishes (5 people for pancakes or barbecue do not count)))).
We never got to the a la carte restaurants, there was no point.
In addition to restaurants, there are 5 or 7 bars on site. Between breakfast, lunch and dinner (for those who haven’t eaten))))) which is basically impossible, or just didn’t have time from the tour, for example) you can go to bars: in one they fry delicious Turkish cakes and wrap either cheese or ground meat. There is also pizza, hamburgers and vegetables; three bars have ice cream, different everywhere; donuts are fried in one bar.
Drinks at every turn: water, milkshakes, frozen juice, fruit drinks (such as UPI), beer, low-alcohol cocktails, Pepsi, cola, tea, coffee.
Turkish coffee is poured in one of the bars from 10.00 to 16.00 - I fell in love with it, I finally understood how you can drink coffee in such tiny cups - such strong and tasty coffee - the only way.

Excursions: expensive! Therefore, we chose one that included enough to get to know Turkey - these are the Worlds of Lyceum - Kekova: with a sightseeing tour, with a visit to the Church of St. Nicholas and with a boat trip to Simena Island with swimming in the sea. Well, we went to the water park in Antalya. The water park is so-so, there were better places. But they still enjoyed it. Many thanks to the author of one of the reviews (I don’t remember the nickname), who in the review recommended buying excursions not from a tour operator at the Pipo Tour Travel Agency with a guide Oksana (although, in principle, there are a lot of Turkish tourfirs outside the gates of the hotel). But we followed the feedback, and did not regret it. I want to warn you that TezTour (and indeed other tour operators, we compared) prices are exactly 2 times higher than the prices of Turkish travel agencies. Not for 5 or 10 dollars, but exactly 2 times. For example, the tour we were on at TezTour cost $60 per person, while Pipo Tour cost $30 per person. Feel the difference!! ! $90 for 3 or $180? I really did not like how the representatives of tour operators behave: it is clear that this is not their fault, but the policy of the tour operator. They do not just offer their excursions, they also persistently feed vacationers with misinformation: on the very first day, at a meeting with a representative of the tour operator, we were told that it was impossible to buy anything outside the hotel, that all Turkish companies operate without licenses, that they are all scammers, and the tour will not be in Russian, and no one bears any responsibility, etc. etc. Complete crap!!!! ! Our tour was amazing. Oksana is a historian by education, from Kiev, who has been living in Turkey for 10 years. Excellent tour guide. Great educational tour! Maybe if I hadn’t read a review about Pipo Tour before the trip, I would have bought into it, played it safe and spent extra money. So thanks again for the feedback. And I advise tour operators to pay attention to this - twice with the same quality - this is too much.
The hotel is highly recommended!!!!!
Thanks to the owners and staff!! !
