My husband and I were in Turkey for the first time from 22.09. to 29.09. 2008 at the Solim Hotel. The hotel is marked as 3+. I want to write a few words about the rest, maybe I will render a service to someone. She actively used the reviews when choosing a hotel.
1. Location and territory
Location - 5 minutes to the beach. The place is small, but cozy. The hotel itself is designed for no more than 100 rooms. On the beach, which is within easy reach, there are awnings, sunbeds, mattresses. Mattresses and sun loungers were worn and broken in places, but this did not bother us.
2. Nutrition

The food is plentiful and delicious. For breakfast, lunch, dinner - 2 hours are allotted. Who gets up early, he had time to have breakfast at 7-30, go to the sea, come back and drink tea. Chef Seichug tries to please the guests, regularly asks if they are satisfied, what they liked, what they didn’t. He has been working in the hotel since March 2008, before that he worked in a five-star hotel for 8 years. The owner of the hotel dined regularly with tourists, which also speaks of the quality of the dishes. We were not served meat schnitzel, which some were dissatisfied with, but we never left hungry. There was always a choice of 20-25 dishes. The first time from such a variety had to crawl into the room. To be honest, they didn’t count on their strength and overate. Bread deserves a special mention. The hotel is simply amazing. Tea, coffee - all day long. Water from the cooler on the street - around the clock, which is very convenient. Fruit - watermelon. But figs, oranges, pomegranates, grapes - you can buy in shops on the street - 2-4 dollars per kilogram. We never bought more than a kilogram - there was no need.
3. Animation
It's weak in my opinion. But I'm indifferent to this, the hotel was a little, mostly on the sea and in the mountains. "Turkish night" - cool. I liked it, well, maybe because I saw it for the first time.
4. Staff
Very polite, helpful, welcoming. We arrived at 2 am, exhausted by the road, and we were immediately asked at the reception if we wanted to eat. We wanted, and we were fed. I was overwhelmed by the attention. The kitchen was already closed - dinner ends at 21-30, but for us - 6 people, they opened it, the table was laid. Almost all staff speaks and understands Russian. We didn't have any problems with communication. In general, I was fascinated by the courtesy and politeness of the Turks.
5. Number
I liked everything in the room, except for the bathroom. The shower cabin is not the first freshness, to be honest. Everything worked properly, but I went into the shower only in slippers and without leaning against the walls and doors. For two of us left 5 towels. Linen and towels changed after 4 days. The maid once left a dollar. I didn't like cleaning. It's more like cleaning. Well, this is my subjective opinion. The sheets were not shaken off, the dust on the furniture was not wiped off. And it's not about tips, others left a dollar every day, or even two, cleaning was the same. By the way, in the hotel the hot water is heated by the sun, so don't expect a hot shower. We were lucky, the weather was great and the water was super. The balcony, which is in every room of the hotel, overlooked the neighboring hotel and the mountain. Nice scenic view and no noise. Just what we needed.
My husband and I did not regret the money and time spent, because we did not experience disappointment from the hotel and the rest. Whoever wants a "driver" is unlikely to like it there, but for a relaxing holiday - this is a great place.
