In general, I would rate 4. The hotel is cozy, small. I stayed there with my husband at the beginning of June. All liked it. We got the room as promised in the picture. He went straight to the pool (the room above the barbershop). The room has everything you need to a minimum: hair dryer, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, balcony. Of the minuses:
-hot water was only at 3 pm (if you take a shower at 7 am, before breakfast, it is very invigorating : )))

The fridge only works when you are in the room. That's all the cons. I have nothing bad to say about cleaning. We left a tip of $ 1 and we always swept the balcony, watered the flowers, changed towels and the rug in the bathroom, changed the bed linen and made the bed behind us : ))) About the animation: Chito is super. Simple, unobtrusive: aerobics, water aerobics, belly dance, water polo, darts. Every evening there is a disco in the restaurant from 11 am to 1-2 am. You can play billiards ($ 3 per hour), sit in the internet ($ 2 per hour). Very polite waiters, constantly joking and showing signs of attention in every possible way)) Of the pluses, I can also add that Solim Inn is located through one hotel, and all of the above can be done there. So we can say we were in 2 hotels. I think not every hotel can boast of this. Show programs with Chito in the title role were constantly held there. And we had a Turkish night twice - in our hotel and in the Solim Inn. All in all, the holiday was worth it. I advise : )
