We returned from this hotel yesterday. When we went to the top three, of course, we understood that we should not expect miracles, but we meet such a terrible three for the first time. Yes, there was meat, mostly offal, but every day they gave rice and french fries as a side dish, but it was so terrible, as if it had been lying somewhere for a week, and then it was warmed up. From fruits: pale watermelon, tasteless melons, unripe apricots, once they gave grapes..... ripe!!!!!! ! When I bought a ticket, the rating of the hotel was much higher, there was not a single bad review, I don’t know why. Now the picture on the site is more real. Everything is true about the bartender in a tie and about the guide Irina, that little thing, the benefits of her "0". There is also a masculine, always dissatisfied person at the reception. No matter what time you arrive, you will still have to wait at least 2-3 hours until you are settled, but this is still half the trouble. When we waited for our number and entered it, it simply terrified us:
1) the view from the windows of the barracks of the staff, in which they regularly dragged Russian beauties thirsty for adventure to their ass at night, so we usually fell asleep to their cries;
2) there was no cleaning after the previous tenants, there were empty boxes on the table, dirty linen and towels on the beds, and in the bathroom on the floor a foot towel, which was probably white before. After the scandal, of course, we were cleaned in the room. But there was no question of daily cleaning of the room. Guide Irina didn’t care about our problems, she was only interested in selling excursions, at the reception, when asked why they didn’t clean our room, they only said: “wait” means they haven’t had time yet. Well, okay, we didn’t have time for 1 day, but not 2 or 3 days. I had to find the director of the hotel, who promised to personally take care that our room would finally be cleaned and linen and towels changed. The room was licked the next day, even the flowers were laid out on the bed, but the next day everything was the same as before.

3) The water in the shower did not go away and was above the ankle while taking a shower, which is also not very pleasant, given the quality of cleaning. They generally do not wash the floor with water from buckets, but sprinkle it with a pink liquid and wipe it.
4) The area in the hotel lobby was never washed at all: trampled cakes, stairs black with dirt.
5) And on the first day of our arrival, in the shower near the pool there was a pile of feces, which was also not cleaned for a very long time.
6) Only Russians and Turks with children in hotels, who really swam in the pool right in their clothes, which discouraged the desire to go into it at all. Well, okay, in special clothes, I understand that religion does not allow them to swim in a bathing suit, but it’s not in the same clothes to swim in which they sweated all day in the heat of 40-45 degrees.
The only thing I liked was the territory of the hotel, the presence of slides, an island with palm trees in the pool.......and of course the sea - transparent, clean....just super!!! ! And in general, the Kiris region is very beautiful!!! ! But there are many other hotels.
But for this price you can choose a more worthy hotel. Although he is 3 *, they even speak with a plus, it seems to me that even in 2 * there is no such nightmare. Since the director does not rise above the first floor, and if he enters, then he enters the main building - he is more decent, apparently he learned about this situation from us. If you suddenly find yourself in this hotel, ask for a check-in in the main building.
