An excellent hotel for both families and individuals. Service at height, the staff is almost all Russian-speaking. Special thanks to the chef - even in the neighboring fives they didn’t feed like that - Ukrainian borscht with donuts broke all records.
The hotel is located almost in the center of the village, 2-3 min. to shops and fruit stalls. To Kemer ~15 min. by car or bus.
Excellent renovation, the hotel itself is equipped with a system with a claim to "smart home"; in corridors and latrines (outside), the light turns on automatically when you enter the field of view of the sensors. Rooms are cleaned daily. There is a safe with an electronic lock. In the restroom there is a shower (maybe somewhere there is a bath), hot water is constantly available. Upon arrival, find a 1.5-liter bottle of water in your room. Then you need to buy water, or you can always get it from coolers (in the same bottle) in the lobby or in the restaurant (you can also get a chilled drink there even at night. There are a couple of large TVs in the lobby, people watched football. There is Internet for $ 3 / hour .

The hotel has a sauna and a hammam (free of charge). For a fee (like $ 15-20), a sauna-hammam complex with foam massage-massage with aroma oils is offered (although all massage therapists are certified, it’s better to go to Hasan, apparently this is his calling : ) If you get burned, you will be smeared with special oil for free. Then they offer a course of professional massage. Some took - were very satisfied (again - from Hassan). In general, as far as money is concerned, no one asks for tips or even hints, although they will not refuse if they offer.
The bar is open from 10:00 to 22:30. Free soft drinks (except freshly squeezed juice), local vodka (36 degrees), gin, raki, beer, non-alcoholic cocktails, which are prepared in large quantities before lunch and dinner. After 22:30 drinks are paid, beer $ 2; martini at any time - $5. Barbecue almost every day for dinner. As a rule - chicken, grilled vegetables. One of the chefs cooks mackerel absolutely ingeniously. The restaurant is roomy, but you shouldn't linger too much: when there were a lot of guests, the seats began to be tense, although there seemed to be no one standing. There are 6 tables on the street near the pool, people take places 30-40 minutes before eating. Arrived on May 9, on the 5th the hotel had just begun to receive guests, so the first week there were 20 people in the entire hotel and there were no issues with places in the restaurant and by the pool.
To the sea - 5-7 min. relaxed step. Private beach, sun loungers with mattresses, stationary umbrellas. The sea is clean, the nearest pier is 400 meters away, so the boats do not interfere. The beach and the bottom are pebbles, it is difficult to enter / exit barefoot, it is advisable to have slippers for corals like in Egypt, although without them it is also quite normal (whoever was in Crimea will not even notice : )). Opposite there is a booth with cold water and juice and a shower with fresh water.
The owner is in the hotel almost every day, so the staff doesn't get discouraged.
Guests are greeted by the hotel manager - Gulinar (for Russians, she is Olya : ), she speaks excellent Russian, conducts a short tour, and if any questions arise, she solves them in a matter of minutes.
The animation is a little intrusive, although there were such ideas that they forgot about everything in the world : ) They arrange discos for children and adults. In addition, discos are taken to Kemer for $ 15 from the nose. In the club, either everyone discounts, or a beer 0.3 for $10.

The hotel music is Turkish all the time, occasionally they put Russian or foreign music - 3 pieces : ) During the meal they put a mournful option as a funeral.
Of the minuses, I can name the lack of territory - the hotel building + a swimming pool with a bar and a small pavilion for a disco. For those who came to the sea, and not to the pool, this is it.
The overall impression is very positive, from the first days you feel at home. 4 * are fully justified. Overall rating - 4.7 out of 5.
Special thanks to Olya and Mukhabat, Ira, Berol and Maral.
