We went to this hotel on a hot tour, me, my husband and a 2 year old child. in June 2019
I knew the hotel wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. I will try to describe as objectively as possible.
Check in/room
Checked in at 15-16 without any problems, showed the room, told about the hotel. The room is not bad, but the bathroom is sad: it’s dark, the smell is stale (you can see it from the toilet), the water from the tap also has a smell, the shower head was rusty and terrible, it beat right into the glass with a few trickles. We immediately asked to fix it - fixed it - hung a new watering can. The trash can is sad, it does not open with a pedal, you only need to lift the lid with your hand, which is unacceptable. We turned to the reception with this - they said sorry, but we will change everything next year already (WHAT? )... so I had to put the garbage in a bag near the bucket.

The air conditioner is old, on the 4th day it began to make terrible sounds, in the end it was like an old steam locomotive buzzing.
Balcony overlooking the neighboring hotel and the mountains, beautiful. For the child, they delivered a cot with a terrible mattress, the springs are such that it’s impossible to even sit down... everyone had to sleep on 2 beds made up.
Cleaning. She was practically non-existent. I suspect that they swept the floor... and that's it. The bed was not changed, towels were changed once in 7 days.
Nutrition. Diverse, there is something to choose from. Always for lunch and dinner, chicken in different forms, sometimes other meat, liver, fish, fried herring, 1 time there was mackerel. A lot of vegetables and herbs, stewed vegetables, sauces, watering. Sadness with fruits - apples, oranges and grapefruit for all 7 days. On the Turkish evening they gave apricots - everyone just pounced on them.
Drinks - water, tea and coffee in the machine, some chemical "juices" also from the machine, on the bar cola / sprite / fanta. We didn't drink alcohol, but we saw red/white wine, gin, whiskey, cocktails. At the bar during lunch / dinner, constant queues, a big minus.
Beach.
The beach is 5 minutes walk. Pebbles, the entrance to the sea is large pebbles, it is better to wear slippers. I don’t advise children, our child didn’t appreciate the pebbles, didn’t want to go to the sea, only on her hands along the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas for free, but not enough. . . you had to go earlier to borrow. Beach towels are paid or your own. There is a bar on the beach, there is free water, the same "juices" from the machine and coffee. Sometimes there were burgers in the afternoon. The rest is paid, ice cream is $ 1 for 2 scoops.
Animation.
She is practically non-existent. There is something for children for half an hour in the evening, a disco for adults until 23, to be honest, boring. We went with the child to the playgrounds on the embankment.
Service.

Very good. Everyone is responsive, in the restaurant they always tried to clean everything, they always ran around, well done. The receptionists are also nice people. The bartender could not cope alone with everyone. Separately, I would like to express myself about some "tourists"... it's a pity for the staff with such inadequate - some drank soundly, so that at lunchtime they were already sleeping on the bar, others were just boorish, the third ones, staggering, poured drinks over the hotel, they constantly cleaned up after them... in general, it is a pity for the hotel staff with such tourists, they are great to keep with such "tourists". Some managed to make a scandal because, you see, they rested in 5-star hotels and it was better... supposedly they didn’t see where people were going, strange.
Of the minuses, this plastic was also very surprised - all the water cups are plastic... there are tons of this plastic every day... everyone drinks water and into the trash... at least paper cups.
In general, not bad, for picky tourists. The village itself is a bit boring, there is no animation in the hotel, so young people and children will be bored.
