Four days ago we returned from the most beautiful place - the Turkish village of Beldibi (Kemer). This is an incredible place where sea air mixes with the smell of pine needles (there are many pines, fir and other coniferous trees), tangerine and orange groves (oranges are harvested here three times a year) In September, the eye is struck by the abundance of pomegranate trees - pomegranates hang everywhere... The main distinguishing feature of Beldibi from other resort areas is the incredibly beautiful mountains that are located close to the sea. You swim, admire this enchanting landscape, and your soul sings! Such relaxation... I remember, and I want to go back.
I chose my hotel very carefully. I read a lot of reviews, watched videos on YouTube. In terms of price-quality, the choice fell on the SENTIDO SULTAN BELDIBI hotel. And I didn't regret it at all! Went with my mom and 11 year old son and everyone, including me, had something to do there. We rested for 9 days-8 nights (from September 21 to 29), for three together with a flight from Voronezh we paid 103 thousand.
Considering that I have something to compare with (not later than in June I already rested with my son in the same Beldibi, in the Matiate hotel), I can say with confidence that Sentido is a wonderful hotel - a "four", striving for five. (The same Matiate was a four, which in fact is a "troika" - there was a sea across the road, the territory is very small, from entertainment only water polo and aqua aerobics, in the evenings - karaoke drunk Russians who cannot sing, which are 99% in the hotel And the food is monotonous, one chicken. No juices! There was almost no meat, well, very rarely some kind of beef or lamb cutlets, desserts are so tasteless that it was not possible to eat them) Therefore, I was looking for a hotel in advance for the next vacation with good food and entertainment. In SENTIDO SULTAN BELDIBI, everything was completely different!

SERVICE
So, in order. We flew out of Voronezh at 2 am, so at 6 am we already went to the hotel, and at 7.30 we were approximately at the place. At the reception they explained to us that check-in is from 2 o'clock, and there are no ready rooms now. But you can go to breakfast and use all the services of the hotel. I was ready for this. Swimsuits, pareos and flip flops were in a separate backpack, so we handed over our suitcases to the storage room, changed (there is a cabana by the pool) and went for breakfast. Immediately impressed with the service. The waiters are very attentive to the guests. The waiter named RUBAR was especially impressed. A very attentive young man. You sit down, he immediately runs up - what will you drink? Quickly removes dirty dishes from the table, which interferes, but is not intrusive. If you ask, he will answer in a friendly way, no, he just silently does his job. On the second day, he studied the preferences of all ours, and promptly brought drinks to our table. In the morning - freshly squeezed orange juice, in the afternoon - pineapple juice for me and my son, wine for my mother. Decorated our table with flowers a couple of times, very beautiful! Made mixed non-alcoholic cocktails for us, stole. And he never forgot to put a 1.5-liter bottle of cold water on the table. Almost the entire time of our stay, it was he who served our table. Apparently the waiters there are somehow fixed at the tables.
RESTAURANT, FOOD
As for the food, it was very tasty and varied. For breakfast: pancakes, and a bunch of jams, croutons, delicious puffs with apples and curls with raisins, croissants, various buns, delicious yogruta for breakfast, who needs different types of jam for them. Desserts are delicious, cakes are different, dried figs, Turkish delight, halva was once, dried apricots, raisins, a lot of types of cheeses (a lot of salty ones, but a lot of tasty ordinary ones). We didn't even try sausages, I don't like Turkish sausages. From fruits they gave pears, red and green apples, peaches, oranges, huge plums (all whole, not cut), very tasty and sweet black grapes, melons, pomegranates... It was for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - take as much as you want. We ate so much for breakfast that we just took the fruits with us, and ate either at sea or in the room before going to bed.

Freshly squeezed juice - only for breakfast. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. Take as much as you want. Either they put it in the horns, or you say on the plate how much you need and what kind of balls (types: caramel, chocolate, strawberry, pistachio, white ice cream, lemon) Very tasty ice cream. We ate them. All bars and restaurant have juice in bags, not chemical u-pee. You just say - I'll have juice from the package. Apple, peach and pineapple were. There was frozen juice (here it is chemical) of different colors, the children ate it on both cheeks. The bar on the street brewed Turkish coffee in small cups. Very tasty, not like from the machine. The most friendly and responsive bartender named Muslim seemed to me. Always asks how things are going, diligently serve. In general, all the staff there are very nice and friendly! With some, perhaps, exceptions.
There were a lot of meat dishes. And beef, and lamb, and chicken. Lunch and dinner baked delicious pizzas (in the main restaurant) In the afternoon pizza was given in the fish restaurant. You had to come there, sit down, and the waiter came up, brought beer, or juice, and pizza. They say it’s very tasty, we didn’t try it ourselves, because we always slept during the day. In the afternoon, not far from the main restaurant, a Turkish woman baked cakes, with cottage cheese, cheese, and sweets (apple-cinnamon). also very tasty. For dinner, they always grilled barbecue or kebabs on the grill, everything is very tasty. In general, the food was very tasty, you can’t list everything. By the way, in the bar you could take glasses (sealed, like yogurts) with cool ayran. Delicious!
The hotel has two a la carte restaurants - fish and barbecue. Both need to be booked in advance (preferably upon arrival). Barbecue costs $13, but we didn't go. And I didn't see anyone there the entire time I was there. Everyone was full and onl inclusive. But in the fish - its visit is free, we went once (although it was possible as many times as you want - it works only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) We signed up immediately upon arrival. We came, sat down at the tables (the restaurant is located by the sea, we sat right by the snow-white colonnade and enjoyed the view of the sea and the sound of the surf. The music is pleasant, not intrusive and not too loud. Rather muffled, in the background, so we communicated without problems. The waiter constantly brought drinks - wine, juices, water. As soon as we emptied our glasses, he immediately came to pour. First, they brought us bread and snacks in small bowls. Crabs in pickles, olives, black olives, some kind of bread spread - white and adjika type, beans... After a short time, when we tried everything, they brought deep-fried squid rings (3 rings each) with tartar sauce. Then, julienne of mushrooms and tiny shrimp (we did not like it very much) Well, the main dish was, of course, fish. When I signed up for a restaurant, they offered to choose from a menu of 5 types. I chose 3 different dishes for us (to try everything) - trout baked with cheese in a creamy sauce, salmon and dorado. And they brought a salad, consisting mainly m of leaves, corn and cherry tomatoes. Dorada was whole, on the grill. Not too big. Trout is very tasty, but small. The biggest piece was salmon. All types of fish were very good, everything was delicious.
Finally, we were asked to choose a dessert. Nothing worked, but I wanted to try. They offered it in broken Russian (the person of the whole hotel speaks Russian very poorly, just a few phrases. There are only a few people with whom you can speak normally. It’s just that the hotel was designed by the bfl earlier than French, only recently it was resold to the Turks. Designed for foreigners. There were a percentage of Russians 15, the main contingent is Germans, British and a few French, and a few Mexicans. ) So dessert… Seasonal fruits, or pancakes, or halva with ice cream. We ate too much fruit in the restaurant, my son chose pancakes, my mother and I chose halva ice cream. Imagine our surprise when it turned out that "pancakes" are pumpkin sticks baked in some kind of sweet sauce with walnuts. We didn't really like it, but it was original. Halva was also not halva - some kind of ball of incomprehensible something, bread. And a couple of ice cream balls. The second time we did not go to the fish, but in general we really liked it there.

ENTERTAINMENT
As for entertainment, they were for every taste. There wasn't enough time to enjoy everything. At 11.30 in the pool, where there are 4 water slides, aqua aerobics took place. She was led by an animator named Yasin (something like that, I can be mistaken in the letters of the name) He knows several languages, and speaks Russian well, with a very funny accent. We laughed when he joked, tearing his bellies. And he was ALWAYS joking. And in aqua aerobics, and in competitions, and just passing by. Some considered his jokes rude and vulgar, but these are people who have no sense of humor. In our opinion, he was very charming. A real master of his craft. The kids just adored him! In the evenings, he held various competitions and games on the stage of the "amphitheater", handed out certificates. The children all aspired to the evening animation. After which, by the way, an adult followed. Twice we caught the Turkish night (they brought dancers to us - the guys and girls danced chic! ), There were acrobats from Morocco (also super) and various competitions. "Miss Hotel", "Man against women". The winner of the prize is a bottle of wine. But the main thing is a charge of good mood. Yasin annealed so that everyone laughed to the point of colic in the stomach, both the audience and the participants in the competitions (she participated, it was terribly fun) In general, the animator is one hundred percent! Super! He has only been working for 2 months, I hope he stays in this hotel for a long time. For the children there was a mini-club, a children's town, the kids painted pugs with face painting... In the afternoon everyone was invited to play darts, people liked it. They also played bocha (stones were thrown at a distance according to some rules), golf. But it was also possible to take equipment by the pool in the booth at any time and play whenever you want, without an animator. My son and I played golf and tennis. There is also a volleyball and basketball court. Football is played. . .
Also in the evenings, after the events on the main stage, there were theme nights at the bar. Either dancing, then karaoke, then live music (a chic uncle sang very cool! ), then some kind of DJ was brought. In general, do not get bored.
But if you like silence, take rooms with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Although, with the balcony open, you can hear the disco of the neighboring hotel from there (you could visit it for free) With the balcony closed, everything is fine

HAMMAM
Often went to the hammam and sauna. They have a great free spa. Take a steam bath, take a shower, go from the sauna to the hammam, or vice versa. Then you can lie down in the twilight on the sunbeds to the relaxing music. Such relaxation! There you can drink tea or coffee, everything is at hand. Towels are changed here (the spa is located on the way from the reception to the lobby), determine by burning candles) You don’t leave a deposit for towels, they give cards at the entrance and get towels for them. You can change as many times as you want per day. Massage is not forced. For all the time, a woman approached us 1 time, offered a peeling in the hammam and a massage for $ 45. I said that I was recently in Turkey, and everywhere it costs 15-20 dollars. So for 45 we definitely do not want. She left and there were no more offers. Which made me very happy.
A SPOON OF TAR
Everyone writes about a bad beach, I won't. Not too clean? I have not seen cleaner in Beldibi, as elsewhere. Sunset in the sea is also bad everywhere, without special slippers - nothing. But the hotel has its own pier. As in the pool you go down the ladder, and nishtyak. I don't want to swim! The sea is excellent. Clean, warm. At the end of September it was 29 degrees. Transparent, you can see all the fish. With sunbeds at the hotel full order. There was always enough for everyone both at the sea and by the pools (there are 4 of them). They did not steal towels and things, even though things lay on the sunbeds all day - everything was safe and sound. Just like in the rooms (the safe was not taken)
Also, I won't complain about the fact that the rooms are small and a bit old. Yes, it's all true, but it didn't bother us ABSOLUTELY. We did not fight with foreheads and in general only came to the room to sleep. Everything in the room suited us. Beds are comfortable, slept well. On TV (old, not plasma) 2 Russian channels. We had enough.

And now about the unpleasant (for us personally). This is housekeeping. The cleaning itself was, maybe nothing (we lived in room 327 on the 3rd floor), towels were changed every day. They changed the linen several times (for 9 days, 3 times), where they dripped pomegranate juice or something else on the floor, they wiped everything. In general, it was clean. The beds were not covered with a blanket, but the sheet was sent behind us. But the mini-bar was replenished from time to time, as well as soap accessories. The minibar had to put a mineral water with gas. Still water, antu, pepsi, small juice in sachets. We didn’t worry about ordinary water, you could take it in the bar in the refrigerator as much as you wanted, and it was served at breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the rest. We were never given a total of 3. Only 1 time when I gave a tip, they put 3 juices, 3 forfeits and Pepsi. But the mineral water was not put at all. A couple of times they didn’t put anything AT ALL, and I had to go and beg for at least something. They rarely put mineral water with gas, they never put juice, Pepsi and Anta for 3 (although there were three of us in the room), mostly for 2, and sometimes for 1 at all. Type choose who will drink what.
With soap accessories the same song. Soap (a small soap for laundry and toilet) was provided to us on the day of arrival. 1 piece of that and 1 of that. And a couple of shampoos, a couple of body creams. It was also supposed to put hair conditioner and shower gel. And for three people. Or did we have to throw lots, who washes today? Apparently, it is not customary to wash every day in Turkey, so these vials were not put to us every day. Sometimes they didn't put anything at all. A couple of days in a row. Go, they say, dirty (and we, knowing that everything is given there, did not take anything with us) Once they put just 2 hair conditioners. Without shampoo. Another time - 6 shampoos and nothing more. Sometimes it's just gel. 1 small vial for three, which was barely enough for me alone. In general, grandmothers seem to be digging all these bubbles for themselves, it is better to take soap with you.
Would I like to return to this hotel? Definitely YES! However, I would ask the management to change the staff that cleans the rooms. Or explain to them how much and what to put in the shower and minibar.
