I stayed at this hotel at the end of June / beginning of July 2013. The vacation did not start in the best way, when the arrival was delayed by more than half a day, as a result, I went to the hotel itself at 23h. Tired, angry and hungry. And as it turned out, no one was waiting for me, the reception was empty, only the waiter was sitting at the counter, who did not speak Russian at all (hello to the representatives of Pegasus, who left their tourist alone). I had to wait another half an hour, gathering all my willpower into a fist, until the right person appeared at his workplace. Instead of the standard room I paid for, he offered me an improved one, they bargained for $ 50 for ten days, which I never regretted in the future. My recommendation to future tourists, do not spare pennies by paying for a ticket at the base, do not save money by paying extra, it is better to take a room on the 2nd / 3rd floor further away in the left wing. And the view from the window is gorgeous on the hotel pool and the sea. And the music, the dining room, the passing road under the windows will not disturb. To the credit of the hotel staff, even at midnight they managed to feed me, albeit with the remnants of dinner, but it’s still nice that I didn’t go to bed hungry. With reviews for 2012-13. posted on this site I agree completely, even with criticism. I will not repeat. Everyone decides for himself to smile at his troubles or spoil his mood over trifles. The only note is the animation. Animators Oxy and Katya honestly try, but all their activities resemble provincial amateur performances based on improvisation. The owner of the hotel allocates money for this type of recreation to a minimum. Not off!! ! On excursions. He dismissed the Pegasus representatives as leeches offering tours for absolutely bullish money. Raced with GINZA. I am very satisfied, each sightseeing tour is at least two (! ) times cheaper. Outcome. This hotel is ideal for people who are not spoiled by high quality service or who are on holiday abroad for the first time. And also for people who want to save money. About any 3 * +, as positioned by this hotel "Pegasus" is out of the question. Simple as a rake "treshka". It is better not to go to this hotel with small children due to poor animation, lack of a large area for walking and water slides that are always inactive. Huge pluses of this hotel: 1st (! ) Line, well-groomed beautiful green area, the presence of a decent beach with free sunbeds, an excellent pool.
