There were three of us, so we were more "lucky" - we were settled in a new building. The air conditioner was immediately broken in our room, but after the flight and sitting in the lobby in the heat, we did not immediately understand that the air conditioner did not cool the air, but simply drove it from streets to the room. Then everyone felt bad. We turned to the administration, the master came, said that the air conditioner was a kayuk. local rooms. We settled in the Helena Moonlight Hotel.
There was air conditioning, but it was terribly dirty and there were no other tourists, apparently for some reason it was closed. After a couple of hours, we turned to the hotel guide (Rufina) with the question: "When will we be returned to our room? " She did she looked like she was not in the know and said that all this was not legal. After clarifying the circumstances, we were forced to be transferred to the old hotel building, providing 2 rooms, one double more or less normal, the other aforementioned 6 meter, turned out to be tolerable only for one .

For 14 days of stay, chicken was given 5 times, meat 1 time in Ramadan. Main hot dishes: stewed herring, fried soy sausage. oranges. Then only watermelons, and then for the most part hardly edible. We went to complain, but the hotel administration was not there, the boy at the reception immediately stopped understanding both Russian and English, the hotel guide was absent. He appeared only after our call to the chief guide. Our new guide (Rufina, apparently gone on vacation) led he behaves as if he is a 13-year-old girl, or he gave us money for a ticket personally, but you see, we are not happy with everything.
When my father and I talked to him, he turned away and started talking on the phone with someone, without even apologizing. He twitched and left, he was very angry that we called the chief guide, and only this bothered him. His main argument for everything was that we knew that it was 3 * and it’s like that everywhere in Turkey, and even they say only you are complaining here, but people passed by and also began to tell him, after which he left again. And we were forced to go to dinner at a nearby cafe, where, fortunately, the food is delicious.
In general, everything in this hotel looks like you didn’t pay a lot of money for a ticket, but came to a public rooming house for a plate of free soup. Scandals are almost constant here. After them, guests receive from the owner "compensation" - a free safe in the room, a refrigerator or normal food for dinner. The owner eats in the same restaurant, but they cook for him separately.

For two weeks we did not hear a single good review about it from tourists, all newcomers were in a state of shock from what they saw, and tourists in the last days especially a lot of people came, since a lot of positive reviews appeared on all sites. We think that all of them can only come from the hotel administration or from interested parties.
Next time we will be more careful in choosing a hotel, and we will try not to use the services of Pegasus.
