Well, but the declared room type is "standard", and not "economy" room with conditions on the street, it's true!! ! We ask to be relocated, we get an answer that the room is not available, the hotel is fully occupied, and the toilet will be repaired tomorrow. This "tomorrow" comes, and at 12.00 no one has even come to the room for repairs. We call the tour operator on the hotline, write to our travel agent, hotel guide, and get a trace. answer: either solve everything through the guide (and he sends it to the hotel administration), or sue the travel agent (of course, what does the manager’s girl have to do with it, who also saw normal photos and sane reviews). We go down to the reception, ask to call the guide, there is no administrator, there is a woman who apparently performs the duties of a manager, she calls the guide at my request and frankly smiles and laughs that no one will relocate us, everything is busy everywhere, and they say there are no problems, but we just don't like it here. She talks to the guide herself, says that the toilet will be repaired, hands over the phone to me, on the phone the guide says that +400 and more bucks will be able to relocate, there is no question of free movement. After talking with the guide, I propose to go up to see the conditions of our accommodation, the manager promises to fix the toilet, in exchange for the TV, she provides free access to wifi and that's it. The toilet was eventually done by 18.00 on the second day of our stay at this hotel, but they did it loudly, that is, they twisted something, the water began to fill up, but water constantly poured from it. We were told not to pay attention to it, it works, although it is already good. After this comet, in the eternally wet bathroom, even towels were not planted, for 3 days our requests for cleaning were ignored. Well, then everything is like clockwork, the plates are dirty, there is no food, people line up for another stew. They feed on grass, they constantly mix what they have eaten. There are absolutely no glorious Turkish pastries and sweets, the fruit is green watermelon. By the way, alcohol is normal, there is no choice (white wine, red wine and beer), but not diluted, the taste is rich. The beach is a different story, there are no signboards, there is a municipal strip with common sunbeds, there is a war for them, people are being driven from place to place, they say you are not on your part of the beach.
