Just returned from a holiday at this hotel. I read the reviews but didn't think it would be so sad. In the village of Beldibi was not the first time. Beautiful nature, clear sea, the scent of pine trees, picturesque mountains. In general, there is a decline in the village compared to how it was a few years ago. We were checked into the hotel as soon as we arrived early in the morning. At that time there were very few vacationers, 10-15 people. The room was asked to be replaced, the faults could not be eliminated by the hotel staff. Only a few people understand Russian, with the rest they communicated in a mixture of English and sign language. In principle, employees try to eliminate all comments, respond quickly, try to help. Question to the owners of the hotel. If you want positive impressions from vacationers, you need to invest in the repair and maintenance of the hotel. So the rooms are of course very tired, problems with air conditioners, remote controls, etc. Bathrooms are a separate issue. Some rooms have showers, some bathrooms without curtains. Dim light, ceilings made of cracked plastic panels, under which mold is likely to grow, the smell of which spreads to the room itself. Cleaning and change of linen takes place on request at the reception until 12 noon. Cleaned on the same day, clean. But towels, linen also leaves much to be desired - not stretched, with stains, traces of mold. To be honest, you are afraid of getting infected with something. This is again a question for the owners of the hotel!
Nutrition. We expected it to be not a five-star pickle, but not to that extent. The breakfasts are very poor. When there were few vacationers, the feeling that they cut two cucumbers, boiled a couple of eggs and that's enough. Do not expect variety, cereals, yogurt. Every morning there were boiled eggs, two types of cheese, soy sausage, cucumbers and tomatoes, and some leftover jam at the bottom of large bowls. Later, dry cereal balls appeared, but milk with a sour smell did not dare. Hot tea, coffee in thin plastic cups have to be poured. There are no glass cups. Periodically, there were not enough cups for soup at lunch. Lunches and dinners are varied. Greens, cucumber and tomato salad, fried zucchini and eggplant, some salads in mayonnaise, pasta or rice, stewed chicken pieces or soy meatballs, fish twice. Watermelons and oranges periodically appeared after the scandals of one of the vacationers. Alcohol also periodically ended, but we practically did not use it.
Vacationers entertained themselves as best they could, almost independently turning on the music in the bar. Bartender, he's no DJ. Twisted two songs ("Million allih roses" in an incomprehensible language and thieves) in a circle all day, increasing the volume during rest hours in the afternoon and late at night, replacing with prison chanson, which included one of the vacationers on its own.

In general, people certainly experience a shock when they check into a hotel. Several people from Ukraine sabotaged the check-in and forced the travel agency to relocate them to another hotel. We tried not to spoil our vacation with negative experiences, because. We came for the sake of the clean sea and beautiful nature. We recommend buying indoor slippers in advance or in the village itself, because The coast of Kemer is rocky everywhere. There are cleared paths for entering the sea, but in closed shoes you will feel comfortable, you will not knock your feet.
We will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend to anyone. With further such policy of the hotel owners, it will most likely close soon.
