We were at the hotel in mid-August for 10 days, the operator was TezTour. The hotel is quite a decent area, not big but well thought out (a lot of greenery), good animators but no archery as indicated on the site (only air). The food is very normal. There is a problem with A'La Carte restaurants in reserving only 5 of them, everyone has a day off, and on Mondays they become not 4, but 3, since 2 restaurants (French and Italian) are double, so in 10 days they were able to get to 3. Like almost everywhere, there is a problem with sun loungers near the pool, signs indicating that the sun lounger is not occupied with personal belongings does not work for our brother. We rest in the hotel mainly of 3 nationalities, these are Turks, Russians, Kazakhs (behind the fence Nazarbayev's residence) in a minority of Belorussians, Ukrainians and Germans.
The room (for $ 10) at the reception came out without any problems and flaws, everything worked without problems, without breakdowns, the furniture was in good condition, the mini-bar was replenished every day (2 forfeits, 2 sprites, 2 cola, 2 beer, 2 carbonated mineral water and 4 without gas) , on TV 3 Russian channels, 2 Ukrainian, 1 Kazakh and all sorts of German and Turkish nonsense. In the lobby and pool bar they poured Martini, Whiskey, Tequila, etc. imported, in the rest Turkish swill. In general, the rest turned out to be quite good, the hotel did not disappoint and the rating was even 4+.
