Turkiz Beldibi Resort SPA 5 *, which went on a promotion together with Vygoda. We flew in 2 pairs. At the sales office, everything was presented to us just with excellent sauce, but in reality:
- Arrived in the rain (and so it was for 2 days). Well, it's obviously not their fault.
- they were clearly not ready for our arrival...
* rooms were given only with a view of the city and a low floor (pay extra for everything else, this was not mentioned during the sale).

* the pier was not assembled (it was assembled on the penultimate day of our stay, and then not completely), so all the legs were cut
* out of 4 possible bars, only 2 worked... And what they called Ultra all inclusive consisted of Turkish drinks . . Foreign had to beg. Yes, and they make cocktails disgusting

BUT... we were sent to the reception with the words that they can’t help in any way and we won’t be able to eat there. At the reception, it turned out that we were on an additional list, which they forgot to convey, and nothing can be done today. We politely asked to resolve our issue, because. tomorrow we are flying away, but the receptionist, not paying any attention to us, continued to fill out the cards of newly arrived Tourists... And then we remembered the tour operator... who "at any time of the day or night decides everything"... Find it was easy... but to achieve something - UNREAL... Except as cattle I can’t call the boy - Ali... who started yelling at us in the literal sense (literally, “why are you organizing a circus here, what do you... don't eat at a regular restaurant"). He refused to introduce himself (he didn't have a badge. . . he got his name through other employees) and as a result he didn't help us in any way. When we approached Ramil (the second guide to the hotel, who received us... ), he also could not do anything... he just shrugged. That's how they solve EVERYTHING...
