My sister arrived at 11 am, at half 12 she was already settled (my sister arrived two days later than us). So there is no need to make a fuss and demand a number (that they say, we have been sitting here since 4 in the morning). Official check-in is at 14:00 like everywhere else.
We waited until 14-00 (arrived at 10 am). It was a big ride and there were a lot of people.

We were settled on Turkuaz (turquoise) street. Room 744. The room is good, big, clean, renovated. Thought it would be noisy from the road. But there was no noise from the road. Moreover, the plus of the rooms is the windows on two sides. And if the road is so annoying - close the balcony and open the windows "to the street. " Although for me the noise from people passing along the path between the buildings is much greater (shouts, loud conversation and even drunken songs - was it like that?
In short, the road did not interfere with us in any way. Yes, and just do almost nothing interfered.
The konde was not used. (But it seems to work quite well). All two weeks the weather was not hot, it was even cold at night (they asked for clothes).
Our maid was excellent, no complaints.
The family of a friend lived in our building on the first floor (family). Everyone seems to be happy.
My sister lived on Yellow Street (number 521). Quiet (as requested) room but much smaller than ours…
It can be seen from TO that the numbers were bought in blocks (they ask everyone from which TO they came). Therefore, it is useless to argue about why they gave us a small number. What you paid for, you got. . .
My sister was not cleaned at all (for 10 days, the towels were changed a couple of times, and then after she complained to the reception).
Territory.
That's where it will not be hot in the heat, then it is in Ulusoy. Tenek is everywhere (except for the bass and the beach). Lots of greenery. Everything is neat.
Minus - the territory is small for such a hotel. Too many cases. As a result, there are too many people. After a few days, you feel like in an anthill, because in fact everyone walks along the same road, hangs out on the same penny (basic beach), there is nowhere else to go.
All the same, I like a quiet holiday with fewer people.

Minus. Pools are rarely cleaned (I'm talking about cleaning, when they take out all sorts of garbage leaves, wash the sides). Once we saw how the pool was cleaned in the morning, this is when people were already swimming in full - the walls in the children's pool were washed (naturally, "lumps" are all in the water). Usually such cleaning is done late in the evening...
The children's room is really dirty.

Walk more carefully near the bassists - glass (especially after the "colored" discos). Moreover, they were in no hurry to remove them (that is, they came, swept up the large ones, and I still picked up the small ones from the sun loungers for three days.

Minus - of course you have to borrow sun loungers. It's annoying, I don't like it.

Sunset in the sea - small pebbles (but we all did without slippers). The depth increases rapidly.
Restaurant.
Everything is delicious, everything is in abundance. You can eat non-stop.
Minus - queues and a terrible crowd !!! ! Again, this is a question for the administration (a lot of people in the hotel) and the organization of the "handout" space.
It was quite possible to duplicate the "table" with side dishes and stews on the street (as was the case in other hotels).
In the rain just do was a complete collapse in the restaurant. It is clear that no one wanted to eat on the street . . Therefore, in the room, people almost stood over their souls so that you would eat faster, and they would sit in your place. The waiters had to close the entrance to the restaurant (people mok on the street waiting to be allowed to enter the restaurant).
It was quite possible to pull a normal awning on the terrace (and not “stripes”), so that even in the rain people could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner there calmly.
Delicious gozleme. Plus - ayran is not from coolers, but in disposable cups (like we have sour cream)
Animation
Active, always something going on. We are not particularly interested... But the bass's music yells a lot - it's annoying.
There is water aerobics in the sea. True, with us she was only twice due to weather conditions.

Evening shows are excellent (but seen by us, in several other productions, of course, not the first time : ) )
Mini club
Excited! Girls animators are great fellows (especially Alina).
There are a lot of handicrafts (beads-bracelets, plaster figurines, applications), drawing, games (including costumed ones), competitions. Naturally baked and cookies and pizza.

Great girls work. They respond quickly to any request. Constantly collect reviews about the work of the hotel. And not only collect, but also listen and take into account. For example, when we arrived, there was a mini disco in the amphitheater. There is a high stage. For some reason, the children danced in a circle (and not facing the audience, children, animators from the edge of the stage with their backs to the audience - as in other hotels). Naturally, there is a flea market on the stage, the children come up with their backs to the edge of the stage, they don’t see. My sister and I witnessed the fall of two children. Complained. The next day, the disco was already at the beach (where the adult is). There, of course, there is even less space (primarily because of the crowding parents), but there is nowhere to fall...
Almost before leaving, though, the disco was returned to the amphitheater again.
Another minus. Public toilets need to be cleaned more often. No disposable toilet seats. . .
In general, the hotel has some good memories. We are satisfied with the rest, as well as with the service. In principle, there is a desire to return. If the hotel will have an adequate price, then why not come again?
Lyrical digression and reflection.
Minus - walking rotovirus. From our company this time only my husband and my sister were ill. Children were “prepared” in advance (hilak-forte, all kinds of bifidobacteria) - I don’t know how effective it is, but none of the children got sick.

There were a lot of sick people - either a child vomits there, then another in another place, then in a mini-club, then in a restaurant... Here and there you only hear “poisoned”, “sick”, “vomits”, etc.
It is clear that people are primarily to blame themselves. For some reason, they take sick children to a mini-club (with us they give the child enterofuril, to our indignation the answer is “we have already been ill. ” Well, if you remember that enterofuril is given for 5 days, and the quarantine for rotovirus is 10 days, then the situation is clear). Often people simply do not understand that they are contagious - they say, yesterday a child was poisoned by something, today only diarrhea (I talked to such a lady in a mini-club - she really did not understand that her child was contagious)... Well, naturally, in this situation, the epidemic will subside here only when the hotel closes for the winter…
I understand that it’s a vacation and I want to relax, have fun... But it’s not necessary to sit in the room when the child is completely recovered - it would only be nice not to contact other children for a few more days (why not sit somewhere on the beach alone, play sand, but you must definitely take the child to the mini-club). Or is our vacation ruined, so everyone else should be spoiled too?
It’s not necessary to stay locked up for 10 days (after an acute period of illness) But for a couple of days after an acute period, you should still stick to a diet (avoid milk, vegetables and fruits) and try not to contact anyone...
We had rotovirus 5 times. Including once in Turkey (yes, they sat in the room when it was bad, fed the children in the room, and not dragged them to the restaurant, after a couple of days or just walked around the territory away from people or on the beach, also away from everyone) . Feel sorry for the other kids. . .
Here, at home, this infection is no less, of course - this is to the fact that not only in Turkey, rotovirus (“nightmare-nightmare, we won’t go again”). There are constant quarantines in kindergartens and schools…
