We rested in Ulusoy in June, with children of 8 years old. There are a lot of impressions, after a week I think I can be objective.
Firstly, I would like to immediately give advice to those who are traveling for the first time, it is better to know clearly what you want. For example, we gave the term manager a clear orientation - we need a quiet hotel, preferably a club one, without pathos, for families with children, we got, then what you wanted. Now in order.
More than enough has been written about the chic green TERRITORY of the hotel, I will not repeat myself, I can only confirm and add that there is nowhere such fragrant air as there, especially in the evenings.

ROOMS - without gilding and crystal, without pretensions, but clean and spacious. We stayed in the 700s, on the first floor, because there is an opportunity to go out on the lawn in the evening to sit with a martini at a table. As far as I could see, the balconies of the 2nd floor are too small for evening gatherings. it was located not in the central part of the hotel, everything worked properly. Ants appeared on the terrace near the room, but the living creatures never got into the room.
There are absolutely no complaints about the SERVICE IN THE ROOM. I read previous reviews that they didn’t clean well, didn’t put water on, etc. , maybe we were lucky with the staff, but we were always cleaned before lunch, towels were changed every day, water was delivered regularly , even if we still had almost a whole bottle left. Every day they laid out patterns from blankets and towels with fresh flowers, even our girls' toys were planted in funny poses.
FOOD IS A PARADISE FOR SWEET TOOTH, complaints about poor food, to be honest, are somewhat surprising, yes, there were no oysters and pineapples, but it is unlikely that any of our compatriots at home every day for breakfast, lunch, dinner are offered a choice of 7-8, otherwise and more dishes. For example, I didn’t even have time to try everything. But the fruit, of course, is not enough, although on the other hand, knowing tourists from the CIS, I can imagine what would happen if they put cherries for dinner, but they would spit all around. In general, the food is normal - there is something to choose, without any frills, you will not be hungry, that's for sure.
ANIMATION - this is a big plus. I’ll say right away that I’m not a fan of amateur performances and vulgar jokes, but I must pay tribute to the guys, they tried. However, I didn’t expect the performance of the Moscow Art Theater troupe, but I was pleasantly surprised by the animation group. The whole day, starting from the greeting, they entertained and didn’t let the goodies turn into extra pounds. Thank you Marinochka for the morning exercises, even at home I continue to repeat the complex. Then there is also water aerobics, step aerobics, belly dancing, darts for men, archery, football, water polo and something else I don't remember anymore. Our children hung out either in the pool or in the mini-club. The mini-club is a small building that is also quite democratic in appearance, but they really took care of the children there, they played Indians, then pirates, then painted with colored sand, and our girls just fell in love Shaina is a born clown in a good sense of the word. I can’t help but remember the chief of animation, Erzhan (I hope I wrote it correctly) and Lucy, you are just a miracle. Separate greetings to Denis.

But the Turkish night disappointed - only a belly dancer turned out to be worthy of attention, then there were several folk dances performed by an amateur group in very modest costumes. However, they danced well, but there was a feeling that the holiday was not a success.
DISCO in the hotel is present only in the form of 8-10 teenagers, 4 times a week. But I went to Kemer 2 times for a disco: 1 time our guide offered for $ 35 in "Inferno", the price included transfer back and forth, entrance and local drinks until 2 nights. Impression - the club is like a club, nothing special, the Turks, of course, are glued, especially if they see that you are unaccompanied, but when you make it clear that "stop" - no one is dragging by the hands. In "Aura" I liked it more: they offered a trip to the hotel, it costs $ 15, without drinking, only entrance and transfer from the hotel and back. I read on the net that some were required to pay extra for delivery to the hotel, I didn’t have this. foam disco is great!
EXCURSIONS-bought 1 excursion from our guide called Demre-Mira-Kekova. And after all, I read that excursions can be bought near the hotel and much cheaper, but still "bought. " Our guide simply did not let us come to our senses, we are off the road, and we immediately decide quickly - places are limited, well, we were a fool and "bought" . The only thing that consoled me was a wonderful guide_guide. Many thanks to him - we got everywhere without queues and crowds of people, we learned a lot of interesting facts without memorized muttering of the text, and of course the amphitheater, a walk on a yacht is unforgettable. Once again, let me remind you, people be vigilant, do not rush to what your guides offer, look around, then decide.
SEA-silk and azure!! ! But, it’s quite problematic to go on pebbles. There is a pier with degrees on the beach, some are a little closer, others are a little further. The water is so salty that it seems to help to swim. to the nearest steps of the pier. Regarding the purity of the sea, they will litter less, the sea will be cleaner. In my opinion, human lack of culture has nothing to do with the category of the hotel. The beach was cleaned, the sea was cleaned, I saw it myself.

The HOTEL STAFF is very different. But we can definitely say that the junior staff, both with Russian and English, is very difficult. That is, they understand the standard set: coffee, wine, beer, but the ashtray after Russian and English had to be portrayed. There are no special complaints about the staff: the waiters in the restaurant, like everywhere else, are quick, there are not very, but in general they were cleaned quickly enough, I didn’t have to wait at the bar either. I read about a special attitude towards the Germans, perhaps if 2 people come to the counter , then the Germans will be served first, but no one paid attention to what tips the Germans, Italians leave? It's elementary - ours practically do not leave a tip, and even "fingers like a fan" do. Personally, we left a tip on the first evening to one of the bartenders, they asked how business, smiled, they just flew up to us at the bar, and this is valid in all countries. I can’t help but mention such an incident, 2 days after arriving home, my friend remembered that they forgot a children’s backpack with small souvenirs in the room, the child had, of course oh, a tragedy. A friend called the hotel, to be honest, more to calm her conscience, she was told that yes, your backpack with souvenirs was handed over by the maid at the reception, here is the phone number of the guide who will go to Kyiv, if it’s convenient for you, we will transfer your things from her. Comments are superfluous.
PURCHASING-bargaining, haggling and bargaining again. I swore that I would not do shopping, but I could not resist. Gold, textiles, shoes were bought partly in a shop on the territory of the hotel, partly in the village. As a result of nice conversations, prices were halved, although each purchase took about forty minutes in time, but to be honest, it just amused me.
Summing up, I will say that I was satisfied with the rest, there were probably minor flaws, but now they are not remembered. I remember the sea, the jacuzzi in the pool, scenes from the evening animation, absolutely happy children and absolutely good mood.
Have a good rest. Who goes to rest, he rests, this is an axiom.
