We recently returned from the Ulusoy hotel, we rested together with our daughter from May 20 to June 2.2016 with the Anex tour.
Departure-arrival on schedule, on the plane from Kyiv they were fed sandwiches and juices, and on the way back they gave only water and tea / coffee. We were already at the hotel at 8 am on May 20, and on May 19 Turkey celebrates the Day of Youth and Sports, so a lot of locals came over the weekend and the room had to wait until 2 pm. At 11 o'clock we were offered a damp, dark and stuffy room on the 1st floor behind the water park - we just looked at it and said that we would wait for another one - there are few maids and they do not have time to clean.
They messed around a little with the numbers, then in building 5, then at 3 they prepared a room for us, then again at 5... But in the end they gave a good room, large, with a vestibule, in a quiet place. For the first 3 days there was no light near the building, but then the lighting was turned on. The room had a double bed for the two of us, an armchair-bed, a sofa bed and a children's bed-playpen. There are no bracelets, there are no jams, oils and honey in portions, there are no disposable shampoos, but there are slippers in the room, a set with a hat, ear sticks and threads, bathrobes are given for a fee. Wi-fi is free, worked fine, but sometimes disappeared. Each time it requires you to enter the room number and year of birth. Immediately strained, then got used to it. Service and maintenance is good, the staff is trying. Room cleaning coincided with my daughter’s daytime sleep, so if I needed to change towels or take paper or soap, I, having heard that the maid was walking, changed them and took what I needed, and if I needed to clean up, I hung up a sign in the morning.

We really liked the hotel itself - a cozy, green hotel with unusual narrow streets. By the time we arrived almost everything in the hotel was already working. My daughter really liked the castle-shaped buildings and spiral staircases, she often called the princess))). A lot of wonderful, varied and delicious food - several types of baklava, custards, tiramisu, croquembush, halva, Turkish delight, delicious grilled fish and liver, salmon with vegetables, pizza, watermelons, melons....A lot of snacks - potatoes baked goods, donuts, cakes, ice cream, ayran, gozleme cakes, coffee and chocolate vending machines, various teas – goodbye diet. . . The hotel is full of retired foreign tourists and families with children.
Animation is not annoying, most of the guests were by the pool. The entrance to the sea is a bit of small pebbles, and then large and slippery cobblestones, it’s difficult to enter, I took a few steps, and then I swam. There is a dryer for wet swimsuits on the pier and it’s good to sunbathe there, but there is no sand for a child to make sandals)) so we just walked along it. There were no mosquitoes on the street, but in the room, they flew in every night in the morning, for some reason the children's fumigator inserted into the outlet did not help ((. Therefore, they sprayed with clove oil diluted with water.
There is a good club for children, there is a schedule, what children do every day, except Sunday - the animators have a day off. A playground with a huge number of toys, a sandbox, a slide, swings, cars, bicycles, tractors, trucks... An interesting labyrinth with a slide, but we were there 4 times in two weeks for 10-15 minutes, because we came to the sea - to swim and breathe air.
A trip to Kemer to a leather store is a waste of at least 3 hours.
In May, we were in Turkey for the first time, the weather was good, it rained 3 times and there was a thunderstorm at night, but this did not affect the rest.
Rest were satisfied. The hotel left a pleasant impression, it was chosen for us by my husband, for which many thanks to him, : -* and perhaps we will return there again with him.
