And so in order.
Morning flight is a very right decision.
Carrier is AZUR AIR. ANEX meeting.
The carrier company did everything without delay according to the schedule.
However, upon arrival, we waited for luggage for 2 hours... without explanation. The Turks were somehow in no hurry to serve the Russians. The Germans and other Chukhons received luggage almost instantly....The Russians, "a suitcase an hour! "
Upon arrival at the hotel - we, contrary to assumptions, were not settled immediately.
The staff at the reception is very unfriendly - without alms they not only do not want to talk, but they can actually do harm (a couple of times they did not pass notes from the guide, for this reason they miraculously did not miss the tour). This is subject to a half-empty hotel. Marinated until late afternoon.

The hotel occupies a very small area, less than others in Kemer. To the left of the hotel there are a couple of "dead" abandoned hotels, of which there are quite a few in this area (60 percent). The hotel does not even have its own entrance - the reception is right on the road.
The number of rooms resembles the houses of old Antalya (Kaleichi - if you are familiar).
The first proposed number was rejected, due to its microscopic nature, although "family" was spelled out. Two-room suite, in one room there is a double bed, in the other one and a half. There is no more than a meter of space around the beds… it is not possible to add an extra bed. We returned to the reception and demanded to change the room..... they whispered for a long time and gave the keys to the suite. The room is also a two-room, but a little more spacious. There is a double bed in one room, a sofa in the other. They stuffed an extra bed, and calmed down on this. As you guessed, the rooms are cramped to disgrace. We got a room without renovation, with a modest renovation. Although the hotel had rooms after renovation - they poke them in all booklets.
We arrived overseas - the sea is warm and the weather is sunny.

The main contingent of the hotel is Ukrainians (there are practically no Hohlopatriots), Russians (without any hint of “taghiil”), elderly Germans on the social security line and Turks. Everyone is very friendly and courteous to each other. There are a lot of smokers in the hotel! Among the staff there are a lot of people from the former Soviet Union, especially the Kyrgyz, who show miracles of assimilation (like cockroaches). Special joy of the hotel staff to the appearance of Russian tourists is not noticed. In this hotel, savings on the verge of zhlobstvo were traced throughout. Starting from soiled and washed-out beach towels, ending with soap bubble accessories and a mini-bar in the rooms. Restaurant "Ala Carte" promised in all catalogs is closed. In the bath complex, the steam rooms in the non-working state were moldy and completely rotten. The remaining sauna due to forced popularity is a passage yard....Tables and benches in the hammam are not heated, there is no soap, towels and hurghadas are not issued. The locker room is unisex (uncles and aunts together)… The lockers in the locker room don't close and are partly broken. Massage prices, despite the closing of the season, are astronomical.
Inexplicable incidents also occurred with the “feeding”. It would seem - autumn, the end of the season - an abundance of fruits and berries. BUT! This does not apply to this hotel - except for a couple of bowls of red and green apples, a handful of grapes and a bunch of plums - nothing. Oh yes, almost every day they gave sliced “melon”, but it was green and absolutely tasteless - grass is grass. Watermelons, tangerines, oranges, pomegranates, figs… We only heard about this from the guide on the way from the airport to the hotel. The choice of dishes is the poorest... Of course, you will not stay hungry, the products are simple - cereals and pasta, cooked deliciously. BUT! Meat is like an airplane - chicken / beef in one form. Fish is rare, but also one option, ala mackerel....
I was amazed by the constant queues - in the morning for "scrambled eggs", in the evening for french fries and a hamburger - and this is in a restaurant. Freshly squeezed orange juice $2 per 200g glass. I understand that the end of the season - but we didn’t come here for a three-kopeck trade union ticket!?
With alcoholic beverages, the same story - golem kerosene... to distinguish whiskey from cognac or rum, you can only by the label on the bottle.
Good coffee on site is out of the question. There is no grain at all, even for money. "Turkish" was brewed from some bodyagi, pouring it from "no-name" bags into beautiful branded jars that have nothing to do with their contents (believe me - I know this type of coffee that is on the jar perfectly). Coffee vending machines on the territory - they pour infernal slurry from the powder.
We must pay tribute, on the territory there are many refrigerators with drinking water.
There is only one pool in the hotel - cold and terribly chlorinated. The water park is moved to the road and the entrance area. Slides are old, you can seriously damage not only bathing accessories, but also the body.

The pier at the hotel is large, but goofy and unkempt. While we were resting (and there were THREE weeks left before the closing of the season), the pier began to be actively dismantled...
Evening and daytime animation - above all praise. We know this team of animators from the Megasaray Hotel.
Departure and departure on schedule, another plus of the airline. However, again, the receipt of luggage resulted in an hour and a half wait and destroyed the positive emotions from the rest.
General summary:
1. The hotel as I saw it does not correspond to the designated “star rating” in any way
2. There is no great joy from the resumption of the "Russian tourist flow" - on the contrary, they are trying to snatch more and give less.
3. The overall level of the tourism industry, at least in Kemer-Beldibi, has fallen catastrophically, there are a lot of "dead" closed hotels, demolished shopping centers. The look is depressing.
4. WE began to earn monstrously little. Everything around has become much “more expensive”, although in terms of EURO it is even cheaper than before.
5. BUT! The sea and the sun compensates for all the hardships and shortcomings - you have to go!
