We rested at Ulusoy Kemer Holiday Club at the end of September 2026, tour operator Coral Travel.

Hotel pros:

A very large, green and well-groomed territory, many interesting plants. I liked the very concept of a Turkish village: wooden three-story houses that fit well into the territory.

The hotel is clean: both in the houses, on the territory, and in the restaurant.

I would like to separately note the pier - this is, without exaggeration, the biggest plus of the hotel. It is large, with a large number of sun loungers and umbrellas, there is a bar, as well as many fairly convenient descents into the sea by ladders. For those who love the sea itself, this is a huge advantage.

The staff is polite and does their job well, but some employees are not very friendly.

The food is quite diverse and tasty. They cook turkey and fish especially well. Very tasty ice cream. A separate plus is Turkish coffee and tea.

Cons:

The main problem was the very poor soundproofing. It was almost impossible to sleep while there was an evening show or disco. If you want to be away from the main noise, it is better to ask for a room closer to the reception. We ourselves asked for a room closer to the sea, so we did not have any complaints.
But the biggest minus of this hotel for us is the huge number of Russians and the way they behave.

It was especially unpleasant to see a goat in military uniform at dinner in the restaurant - and no reaction from the staff. At the same time, for Russian tourists, “Kalinka”, “Katyusha” and other abominations were regularly heard, which we were forced to listen to during our vacation. The last two days were simply ruined.

A separate story is the representative of Coral Travel at the hotel Orkhan Nagiyev. He was a special kind of scoundrel. He ruined our birthday by selling us an evening excursion to Mount Takhtali.

The guide talked about the wonderful views and sunset, but for some reason did not warn us that due to the clouds over the mountain, which were not only that day, but throughout the week, we would not see either the views or the sunset. That is, they actually sold us the excursion, knowing about the conditions that completely deprived it of its main meaning.

Dinner was included in the tour, but it was a separate ordeal. Some salad that looked like someone had already eaten it, and a piece of chicken with vegetables that tasted more like a sole. It was simply impossible to eat.
The organization was also “at its best. ” We were dropped off 15 minutes before dinner, and picked up right after. That is, even if we were lucky and there were no clouds, there would have been less than 20 minutes left for the excursion itself. What exactly we paid for is an open question.

What was most indignant was not even that, but the fact that no one even apologized for the fact that we had actually thrown money away on an excursion that, due to weather conditions, did not correspond to what we had been promised. But they also hinted at a tip.

And after that, we were also put on a bus with a bunch of Russian tourists and a guide from Chelyabinsk. For us, this was a wonderful end to the story with Coral Travel.

As a result, the hotel itself left a mixed impression. It really has many strong points — a wonderful green area, cleanliness, a beautiful pier, the sea, and good food. But what we got at the end of our vacation due to the large number of Russian tourists, their behavior and attitude towards them, really spoiled the overall impression.
