First, briefly about why we decided to opt for this hotel. Firstly, since the rest is only a week long, we thought that a hotel in the center of Kemer within walking distance from discos and a promenade would be just what we, a young couple, needed. Secondly, knowing that in multi-building hotels there are various troubles when checking in, they settle in older and dead rooms than shown in the photo of the more modern main building. Is it familiar to many? Therefore, we specifically chose a hotel with one main building.
We were brought to the hotel around 13:00. At the reception we were greeted by a young guy Aslan and a girl Sonya (Turkish by nationality). Both speak Russian well. Immediately they put bracelets on us and offered to go to dinner. Realizing that there was still at least an hour before check-in, we calmly went to explore the territory. It's really quite small. From the hotel lobby there is an entrance to the dining room, where snacks are arranged. From the dining room there is an exit to the street (to the pool), hot dishes are already on display there - soup, several second courses. Nearby there is a bar where various drinks are poured. In the dining room, the doors on both sides are always wide open. There is no air conditioning in this room. Therefore, even in the afternoon heat, you will have to eat at natural temperature. And yes, there are flies too.
Approaching the reception after 2 pm, we asked when our room would be ready. To which, with a face full of regret, we were told that there were no rooms available in this building and, ! Attention! , we will be settled quite nearby in another building (this is a surprise! ). But they promised that maybe tomorrow you can come up with something. Yeah, they know how to serve breakfast at the reception notably. We made it clear in every possible way that we would thank them if today we were settled properly. But they stubbornly said that everything is busy today. We realized that we were wasting precious time and went to see what they offer us in another building. It took about 7 minutes to walk along the cobblestones with suitcases. During this time we crossed 2!! ! roads, that is, the building is on the third line instead of the first promised. Can you imagine our shock? Silence Park was written on the building itself, apparently they bought the building from another hotel (see photo). We had to wait downstairs until the room was cleaned, and now, after 10 minutes, we went up to the 2nd floor, rattling our suitcases (what kind of elevator is there! ).

The room turned out to be very small - you open the door and rest against the bed. Judge for yourself - the length of the wall is such that it is enough for only one bedside table and bed, the second one no longer fits and stands separately. The room also has a closet that blocks the window, again, because the area does not allow it to fit properly, a table with a bedside table, where there is a mini-fridge. When we plugged it in, it got hot and began to emit a scorched smell. I had to say goodbye to him. Also in this room was a balcony overlooking the neighboring hotel. Quite spacious, but without a single chair or table. There was also a TV, but it was located on the wall next to the bed, that is, it was only possible to look at it while standing near the balcony door)) We checked the channels - only Turkish. The air conditioner worked and it was very important, because the temperature outside was +40. The bathroom turned out to be more spacious - see the photo. Renovation in the room is fresh, good. There was always hot water. Bed linen, towels and pillows were white and clean.
From the positive: the room is clean, in good condition, but small - there is nowhere to place suitcases, we had to step over them to go out to the balcony. There was hot water and the air conditioner worked. Linen and towels are white and clean.
From the negative: remoteness from all the charms - the sea, the pool, the dining room, etc. Refrigerator didn't work. Well, who cares - there were no domestic channels and it was inconvenient to watch TV sideways. Our number was 606.
The next day we had an appointment with a tourist guide. Upon learning that we were settled on the third line, our guide Anna (representative of Pegas Tourist) contacted the main office and talked at the reception. They understood that it would come to the management and with the words “we talked to our managers and we have a room for you”, they gave us the key to the room in the main building. Do you understand how spoiled the impression of the hotel after such troubles? Elementary time is lost for dragging suitcases, collecting and unpacking things that could be spent at sea.
We got room 320 with a view of the neighboring hotel. The room is spacious enough. Separate beds, 2 bedside tables, large table, large closet, safe (for an extra charge). The balcony is medium in size, there are 2 chairs and a table, there is also a hanger for drying swimsuits. But the most important thing was that you could see the sea)) The bathroom was not as spacious as the previous one, but does it really matter when you live with a sea view? Photos of the number are attached. The air conditioner worked well too. The TV this time hung in front of the beds. There were Russian channels TNT, Russia, First, Ukrainian - 1 + 1, Tet, Unian. There were no musical ones.

What an unpleasant surprise we found while living in this building is that hot water is available only during the daytime. Once, having come in the evening from the beach, I had to wash my hair under cool "summer" water. The reason for this is the water heating system - these are barrels standing on the roof and heating up all day under the sun. You won’t take a shower in the morning either, simply because it hasn’t warmed up yet. And in the evening - because all the people have already used it. So the only opportunity to wash from salt water was only during the day (before dinner).
From the positive: the room is spacious, you can freely place all things. Linen and towels are white and clean. View from the balcony. All equipment worked.
From the negative: you can not wash at any time of the day.
Now about nutrition. The hotel offers 4 meals a day. You can see the time in the photo.
Breakfasts. If you are not dying of hunger, then it is better to oversleep it. Worst selection of food. If you are ready to eat eggs / scrambled eggs / omelettes daily, then please. But by the end of the holiday, you can crow with grief. And if you eat it with salted feta, then the sea will seem sweet in taste. This is the problem of all available hotels in Turkey. And the more accessible the hotel, the poorer breakfasts.
Dinners. Valerie offers only one soup to choose from, i. e. there is no choice, it turns out. Usually we met in hotels always 2 soups for lunch. Of the minuses of the dining room - the dishes are not signed. I had to ask the guy who stood at the distribution. But several times he himself said that he did not remember what kind of fish, for example, and incorrectly said, calling millet rice. From the soups for the week we met: cabbage, "Russian borscht", kefir (omaygad) or yogurt, as the guy at the distribution called it, from the most normal - lentil and tomato. From the main courses: spaghetti, pasta butterflies, french fries - this is almost always there, 1-2 times came across - stewed zucchini, eggplant with minced meat, potatoes baked in foil, 1 time caught - stewed spinach, chickpeas (can be seen in the photo) . Also in the dining room itself you can choose salads from greens and vegetables without dressings, salads with mayonnaise, olives, zucchini, as well as desserts in the form of small Turkish cakes and fruits - watermelon, melon, plums.

Afternoons. Never went to them. Once for lunch we tried their desserts - rare disgusting, tasteless dough soaked in sweet water. We decided it would be better to buy baklava and Turkish delight at the market and eat real Turkish sweets and not spoil our stomach with this rubbish.
Dinners. As always, the most varied and dense meal. At 19 o’clock a huge line of hungry people line up) From the assortment there were chicken wings and legs, grilled fish, some flat cakes pressed from minced meat in gravy (I don’t even know what to call it), veal pieces met once, again the same pasta is stable, millet mixed with pasta, french fries, zucchini and eggplant sometimes.
The highlight of the dinner, which is also an entertainment program, was Turkish music set on a laptop. Sometimes it was turned on so loudly that vacationers had to talk at the tables much louder. Well, Turkish music itself, who knows, he will understand, leaves deep wounds on the soul and heart))) Fun is still something! Well, the truth is, why would tourists put such a aching sad man, from which they want to escape as soon as possible! Even the older people weren't having fun. Nobody ever danced. There was not even a presenter who could put on songs. In short, there was no such atmosphere that I wanted to stay longer there. We had dinner and left. We noticed that it was customary here not to stay up after dinner, but to walk along the embankment along all the hotels on the first line. Animation in this hotel is not even in the evenings. I have no idea what disco the previous commentators wrote about. We sometimes heard Russian music from the room, but this pleasure did not last long.
Bar. How much in this word) But the bar in this hotel is not at all the place that brings people together, where you want to sit and meet other vacationers. A very strange discovery for us was that the bar can only be used near the pool. It is not allowed to take drinks to the beach, because there is a paid bar on the beach. No matter how many times we walked past it, there was never anyone who wanted to buy anything there. And who wants to pay $ 4 for diluted Turkish alcohol cocktails. Photo attached.

The bar closed at 22:00. We saw that people were sitting there later, but either with drinks taken in advance, or with their own alcohol. By 11 p. m. our hotel was completely quiet. Only at a couple of tables were people playing board games, some just chatting.
Internet is paid, for those who are interested, the price list is in the photo. We, personally, used roaming and did not regret it. The Internet worked very well always and everywhere. On the first day, they could have been completely without communication if they had not taken care of it in advance.
Vacationers. This hotel is not youth at all. Proximity to clubs does not make it so. The main composition is people of mature age and pensioners. There were not many families with children. Probably because children in this hotel can die of boredom, there is no entertainment for them at all. Young about 10-15% of the number of residents. Of the vacationers were Russians, Ukrainians, many Turks (the number of parked cars at the main entrance confirms this), Balkans, Slovaks, Germans.
Hammam. Surprisingly, it is here) It is located on the -1 floor. We went down there to get beach towels. By the way, the information sheet of the hotel states that towels are issued for a $5 deposit, but this is not true. At the reception, upon request, we were given cards to exchange for towels. We were told you can change towels every 2 days, but this is a scam to wash them less. Several times we came across really good towels, and twice with huge holes - torn out embroidered Kemer inscriptions on the sides. Maybe someone really needed them as a souvenir)) But the star of this hotel was not these holes on the towels, but the masseuse Angela - a nimble old Odessa woman. How she skillfully wormed her way into our confidence on the first day of our arrival, took us “warm”, so to speak. Immediately she began to advise what we should do in order to move in, she said that she would solve everything and talk at the reception with whomever she needed. She began to advertise herself that she had no equal prices, that people from other hotels came to her, that her hands were so strong and that she knew how to do peeling correctly, while pulling my hand, then she poked her finger into the shoulder blade and into thigh - oh, you have clamps here)) She told where we should go and what to buy from whom, without forgetting to mention her name, they say there will be a discount) For a massage with peeling, she set a price of $ 20 per hour. We agreed that we would record after the move. Wanting to feel the full power of her hands, I signed up for the day for the allotted time. What was my surprise when she appeared (belatedly) and said that it would not be her who would massage and peel, but some pot-bellied bath attendant, justifying that she earns only $ 1 on this. I said that we did not agree, got up and left. How long did she persuade me to stay, that she would give me a massage tomorrow. When asked how much a clean massage without peeling would cost - $ 20. I ask - time? In response, a booming laugh that no one works for half an hour for that kind of money. And in general, she doesn’t look at the time - how much her hands work, she does so much, can you imagine? )) Then she blurted out that it was about half an hour. In short, the self-promoting masseuse turned out to be an ordinary barker. How much we didn’t see her later, she only approached the vacationers and scratched her tongue and lured everyone to massages. And yes, walking along the promenade along the hotels, we saw a price tag of $ 15 for a hammam and this is in a hotel richer and higher class than Valerie. So be careful and don't fall for these liars.

Beach. The sunbeds are arranged in 3 rows. There was enough space for everyone. If you do not come early to take a seat, then you can lie in 3 lines. There were a lot of sun beds occupied with towels, which did not wait for their owners. Such is the mentality of our people. In the information sheet of the hotel in the last paragraph it says that if the towels are left for more than 2 hours, they will be collected. That is why such an important point is not respected! ? None of the staff cares about these towels.
The pebbles on the beach are quite large. Easy and graceful to go into the sea will not work. A lot of people bought silicone or rubber slippers for themselves and swam in them. The beach is not for old people and children, that's for sure. The sea is clean, as in all of Kemer. You sail about 30 meters from the shore, look at the bottom - and you can see all the huge stones at the bottom. The sea is the only and most important plus of this hotel. But read the reviews carefully, in Kemer there are beaches with smaller pebbles.
Leisure. Since the hotel is located in the center, we did not deny ourselves anything and did not depend on anyone. If you want to go to a disco - 3 minutes walk. Walked along the embankment to the square and fountains. We went to the shopping street. To get around it, one evening is not enough. We talked with all the merchants, they are very nice people, ask for discounts, come to them again, and they will make them for you. We also took an excursion from our tour operator to The Land of Legends - the best Disneyland in Turkey - water and roller coasters (they are really very cool), dolphin shows, an evening show of acrobats, a Venetian performance, as well as hundreds of shops and all this on the territory of one hotel - had an unforgettable time.
Let's summarize. For some reason, on various information sites, this hotel is listed as a four, but this is not so, this is a real three. And if you live in a building on the 3rd line for the whole rest, then why not a deuce at all)) So there are no complaints about food and room - everything is a well-deserved three. But the unscrupulous hotel staff took away our time and nerves. As we were later told, there are enough free rooms in the hotel, but they are reserved for local Turks, who can swoop in at any moment and pay with keshik. Of course, they expected a bigger catch than we did with our paid housekeeper.
I'm deducting a score:
- lack of hot water around the clock,

- for personnel who exceed their authority,
- for the atmosphere, especially in the evening - despite the fact that the majority of vacationers are Slavs, they “amused” us daily with their Turkish music. In all hotels it is customary to have a Turkish evening once a week, but here you will be forced to listen to it all the time. I don't mind Turkish music when it's a beautiful show, not when the same thing plays from the speakers.
I do not recommend this hotel to young couples, you will have nothing to do here, look for fun in other hotels. In addition to the fact that you can walk from the disco, you won’t find more pluses. Also, families with children will also feel uncomfortable here - there is no playground and place for games. This hotel is for middle-aged and middle-class people who cannot afford a higher class hotel - with better food and more territory.
