I really want to warn people who are going to go to this hotel. People don't do this EVER!! ! This is such a HORRIBLE! And I believe that not one self-respecting tour operator will not cooperate with this hotel (in our case it was Pegas-Touristik).
Travel agencies offer this hotel as 4 *, but there seems to be no stars there at all. It is not clear by what criteria it was awarded 4 stars!?
The administration of this hotel widely practices the provision of false information to tour operators about the availability of rooms in the hotel. As a result, we spent the first night in such a hole that there are not enough words to describe it. But as it turned out, we were lucky, as some people spent the night on the beach. The day after the scandal with the Pegasus guide (who for some reason decided that he could yell at us), we were finally settled in a room. We saw dirty linen, wet towels, a bunch of some dirty newspapers, a full ashtray, and in the bathroom..... They removed all this only in the evening. The room is complete rubbish. Although, they said that we were still lucky - we lived on the 4th floor and we even (! ) Had a balcony. The carpet is dirty, stained, the furniture is so-so, there is fungus on the walls in the bathroom.......There is no sound insulation at all.

The conditions in the so-called restaurant shocked us even more. The restaurant turned out to be one for two hotels (because the Olympos Hotel, which has the status of 3 *, is attached to the New Bonn Hotel). It's just some kind of Ghetto. And the conditions there are completely unsanitary. Terrible stench, dirty tablecloths and dishes, but that's not all the delights. The worst thing is the unwashed waiters (good thing we didn't see the chef! ) and what is called FOOD. Everything is slightly rotten, sour, and terribly Smelly! ! From the sweet table, only watermelon. And that's it. It is almost impossible to eat, and sometimes there is nothing else (if you come a little later than, for example, dinner began). And if you arrive on time, you have to stand in line, because there are a lot of people in two hotels... In general, on the 3rd day, we practically stopped using the services of the "restaurant", and the bar too. By the way, about the bar. Do you remember Jupi drinks? In addition to them, fairly diluted with water, the bar offered local beer ("Tarzan's Urine"), local red and white wine - (sour water), and perhaps everything.
In the rooms, bed linen was never changed for us (for 7 days), but towels were worn every day. "Clean" towels were piled up right on the stairs, and they were practically walked on with their feet... The service staff does not seem to know what a vacuum cleaner is . .
The water in the pool has not been changed since last year. Muddy and smelly. If you want to get a bunch of sores, welcome to splash!
There is a gym. The water there is ankle deep. . .
It is almost impossible to find a free sunbed on the beach, unless you take it from seven in the morning. And how many local rabble on the beach... Precisely rabble. And how do they all get there? It’s not clear… They behave defiantly….
Tourist guides sell excursions at exorbitant prices. These worthless shopping tours....to shopping centers with such a price level... All excursions are generously diluted with such shopping. Lost time. The same excursions can be bought in the city, and, believe me, without any risk to life and health. And much cheaper.
In general, Kemer itself is just a fairy tale: amazing nature, the sea, the sun....The locals are quite friendly. Wonderful national cuisine (there are many not bad restaurants and cafes in the city)
A lot of our former compatriots. When they found out where we were staying, they expressed sympathy and bewilderment: How did you get there? Even all the locals have long known that there is no uglier and rotten hole than New Bonn and Olympos (in the 1st line)!
Special thanks to the travel company "Laguna-Tour" in Saratov. The dearest employees of this company simply deceived us !!! ! Is it really worth $1.500 (for two) to stay in this Dump?! ? I will never believe it!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't want ANYONE EVER to end up in this mess!!! !
