The hotel is the base operator of Tyrkia Reiser, belongs to the Norwegian network Viking Iskandinav (which in itself already determines a certain level). Although they only have 2 hotels in Kemer (the second is "Viking Nina Beach 4 *"; they are mainly engaged in the construction of apartments). The main contingent of guests are Norwegian, Belgian and German pensioners. There are 15 people from Russia (mostly families with children), we are two from Ukraine. "The riots were disturbed" by a young glamorous party Russian couple a la Dima Bilan and Ksyusha Borodina, who kept trying to turn on the RuTV music channel at full volume. But since the Norwegians
did not like it, and the Turks love them, then calmness was restored quite quickly. True, the aesthetics were spoiled by 5 fat Norwegian black immigrants from Kenya.

We arrived at the hotel at 11.15, were greeted with a traditional cocktail, escorted to a late breakfast and immediately settled in a room in room 231 overlooking the mountains and the pool. T. to.
passports were given after filling out the questionnaire, it is possible that the English and appearance trained at work played a role: a ring on the ring finger of the left hand, original clothes brought by good friends from European sales (such as a bright red official T-shirt of the England national team) and a Chinese "gold Patek Philip" for $ 50 (in jewelry / watches, the Turks constantly mistake it for a real one).

Number firmly pulls on 4+, everything is new and works perfectly. If we had better tiled the bathroom and repaired the joints and baseboards, we could have put 5. We didn’t leave daily tips, but the maid named Nazrin cleaned the room thoroughly every day, changed linen and towels, laid out traditional figures from them and brought flowers (thanked in last day wholesale). On the day of arrival, they give 2 bottles of water, 0.5 liters each. The mini-bar was not replenished anymore. In principle, such a bottle costs 0.
$ 15 (the larger the volume, the cheaper the liter), but everyone without exception fills them in coolers (even the capitalists).

Food on a solid 5. For the quality of food, the place of reception of this can be safely called a restaurant. In short: tasty, satisfying, a lot. Every day there was beef, lamb, liver, turkey, chicken, doner kebab (aka shawarma) and fish (moreover, all this for breakfast, lunch and dinner); boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, fries and Irish; pasta and macaroni; a bunch of different salads; a sea of pastries and confectionery; apples, pears, grapefruits, oranges, strawberries, medlar, cherry plum. There were mussels and shrimp. On Wednesdays they had a gala evening, on the occasion of which they even gave crayfish, there was live music, Turkish dances and belly dancing. There was enough space and food for everyone, there were no queues. There were no dirty dishes. The waiters are polite, efficient and friendly. Of course, here you can also find disadvantages: a hole or a stain on the tablecloth, the waiter did not "bend" enough ...
By the way, an orange juice costs 5 liras (2.5 euros), the restaurant has a special machine for this purpose. But this issue was resolved with Russian ingenuity: in a store called "82 sali pazari" for $ 2, the cheapest plastic device for making fresh citrus fruits by hand was purchased, and oranges and grapefruits in their pure form can be consumed freely. After that, the waiters looked at me sternly respectfully, and the neighbors on the tables - enviously : ).

The entire hotel staff is constantly busy with something: cleans, washes, scrubs, sweeps. The guest relations girl asks to fill out a questionnaire with an assessment of accommodation / service, transfers the data to an electronic database (I personally saw it), distributes cards with the text in English to guests: "Please leave your feedback on, ...(two more European thematic site), ". Based on this, we can conclude that she also monitors reviews.

The territory of the hotel is small (6000 sq.
m), but sensibly organized and well-groomed. Due to the fact that the building is built in the form of the letter "P", "leaning" on a tangerine "grove" (behind which there is a road and mountains), there is practically no wind near the pool. The building has 4 floors, 3 of which are residential. Due to the fact that the upper floor "hangs" over the lower ones, the sun does not hit the windows and there is no stuffiness in the room. Wi-Fi does not work confidently throughout the room (I did not take a laptop, I used an Android phone). It is free and not only at the reception. All floors have access points, the password is the same as at the reception. The speed is quite enough for downloading web pages and making Skype calls (I won’t say about video, because the Android version does not support it). The infrastructure for children is very poor: a small paddling pool and a mini-slide. I have not seen animation for them, although the mini-club is open and they are doing something with them.

Animation for adults is present, but there were no more than 5 people who wanted to participate in it - the specifics of the contingent (we were not interested in it either). There is a disco in the hotel, but I have never been there, so I can’t say anything. The hotel has two beaches: pebble and sand. The delivery (new Ford Transit) runs every hour from 9:00 to 18:00. We walked to the pebbly (according to the phone's navigator, 623 meters - 7 minutes walk), walk through the park, so no problem. There were enough places near the pool and on the beach for everyone, no one laid out towels at 6 in the morning. The only downside is the bar on the beach is paid. But a major toilet and shower are present. Everything is clean and tidy.

Discotheques near the beach: "Aura", "Inferno", "Crystal". The posters featured Sergey Lazarev and Timati. The hotel is located almost in the center of Kemer, so everything is close. There are countless shops around! Guides will campaign for a free shopping tour to Antalya - I do not advise.
Waste of time, and prices in Kemer are either the same or lower. We bought: terry bath towels (thick, called "bamboo" by the Turks) - $ 5 each, a double terry bedspread (also thick, also "bamboo") - $ 20, a women's leather wallet (rather high quality) - $ 25, magnets / soap olive oil with hammam mitt and pumice stone/sweets $1 each. Products (coffee / tea for souvenirs), water and film / adhesive tape for packing suitcases are best taken at the Carrefour store (2 minutes from the hotel) - you can pay in $ at the bank rate (1 $ = 1.51 lira). The only thing that is cheaper in Antalya is the fruit market (2 times), but you can only visit it if there is a VIP transfer (a separate car just for you) and you make friends with the driver (a bottle of our vodka, a block of our cigarettes). Yes, and fruits in the hotel give heaps. In the city itself (population 20.700 people) it is clean and tidy, tiles are everywhere. True, in some places (for example, near the hotels "Maxim Resort" and "Orange County") the road surface is being repaired (new tiles are being paved).
In general, based on the fact that $ 990 was paid for 8 days for two, everything is just fine! An additional recommendation for tourists from Ukraine: the UIA airline deserves special praise (before that, they flew with Rosa Winds all the time): new Boeing-737-800s (and not used 737-400s from Rosa) with vinyl leather interior, give wine and beer in flight, obviously do not save fuel to maintain a higher level of pressure in the cabin. In general, the holiday was a success!
