The food is also nothing, you won’t be hungry, but if you come for breakfast by 9 o’clock in the morning, then there are no pastries, no fruit, there is practically nothing, so if you want to have a normal breakfast, get up early. Lunch and dinner are more or less tolerable, but almost every day it was repeated, no variety. The dishes came across dirty, and the glasses were almost always unwashed. There was trouble with fruits, there were only red and green apples, oranges and grapefruit, for dinner they gave watermelon and that's it, no strawberries, no cherries, in general, no seasonal fruits. Air conditioning in the room is a total nightmare. So the air conditioner is central, it works from the card, but according to the schedule, in the morning 2 hours, at lunchtime 2 hours, in the evening 2 hours and at night 2 hours. It's terrible, it's impossible to sleep at night, it's stuffy and hot. Well it's 5 stars, and the air conditioning works on schedule, ridiculous!!!!! ! We went to the reception, swore, we were promised that everything would be fixed, but nothing changed and until the end of our departure we were constantly tormented. The bar on the beach did not work, although the concept of the hotel should be open from 10 am to 6 pm. The animation team entertained as best they could, the guys tried, but there were few of them and it was hard for them to understand, there was no animator girl from the mini club, though another one arrived before our departure, maybe she was better. Of the pluses, I want to note that due to the fact that there were few people, there were no queues anywhere. It was easy to find a table in the restaurant, there were free sunbeds near the pool and on the beach, so no one ran headlong to take a seat. There was no queue for ice cream either, the children were happy, they ate to satiety. The sea is very clean, the water is clear and warm. The beach is big enough and clean.
In principle, If you do not find fault, and close your eyes to many things, then everything is quite tolerable. We rested with a group, so we had fun. But I advise the owners of the hotel to make repairs, revise and expand the menu and pay attention to the "cleanliness" of the hotel.
